*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Great job, Model J!

A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience. Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too! Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service. Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful. And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe. Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. A stay worth repeating أقمت في فندق FM7 ريزورت – مطار جاكرتا وكانت تجربة ممتازة من جميع النواحي. الفندق نظيف جدًا، والغرف واسعة ومريحة، والمرافق رائعة خصوصًا المسبح والسبا. لكن ما يميز الفندق فعلاً هو الخدمة الاستثنائية. كان الموظفون Randy و Cyndi و Aulia في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، ساعدوني بكل ابتسامة وقدموا خدمة تفوق التوقع. أنصح بشدة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق خاصة للقادمين أو المغادرين عبر المطار. تجربة تستحق التكرار

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s rest after a long day of travel. Breakfast was another highlight — a good selection of tasty dishes, fresh options, and warm service to start the morning right. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s overall atmosphere felt modern, neat, and welcoming. LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.

TTài khoản kháchThe room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.
