The free pick up service from the train station was excellent. Big luxury van, but the hotel is more like a service apt or air bnb . Lobby on second floor very dingy. But rooms ok with somewhat river view. Bathtub is a fake one. It is literally only there and you can move the whole tub with one hand. Plus is your own washing machine in the room. Breakfast is at a different location and mediocre food. Swimming pool under renovation they said. Very touristy area but convenient. Traffic can be crazy.

Tôi đã nghỉ tại một sân nhà dành cho một gia đình trong hai đêm và rất thích nơi này. Toàn bộ khách sạn tràn ngập hoa anh đào, hoa lê, hoa mộc lan và hoa liễu. Có vịt dưới hồ, chim bồ câu trong sân và có thể nhìn rõ ngọn núi tuyết Ngọc Long. Có thể nói rằng môi trường ở đây thuộc loại tốt nhất. Có một số vấn đề nhỏ đã được người quản gia giải quyết nhanh chóng. Trải nghiệm lưu trú rất tốt, đặc biệt là khi thời tiết rất lạnh trong hai ngày chúng tôi ở đó. Từ sảnh đến phòng nghỉ, khách sạn toát lên vẻ tinh tế, với sự sạch sẽ hoàn hảo và tiện nghi đầy đủ. Nhân viên lễ tân cũng rất niềm nở và chu đáo. Tôi cứ nghĩ tiếng máy bay cất cánh gần sân bay sẽ rất ồn, nhưng cách âm trong phòng lại tốt đến bất ngờ! Họ cũng cung cấp dịch vụ đưa đón sân bay miễn phí. TTài khoản khách房間挺舒服的，前台還給升級了房型，房間正對泳池，景色還不錯，也挺衞生的，早餐品種也多味道還可以，雖然對着街道會有點吵，但是把陽台門關上後基本就沒聲音了，位置離高鐵站和機場比較近，如果不考慮去景區的距離的話還是可以住的，如果要去星光夜市之類遊玩的可以選擇近一點的，不然太遠了，打車都要三十分鐘，晚上會放音樂和噴泉秀，可以玩一玩，樓頂有健身房和洗衣間，但沒去過不知道咋樣
不好的地方就是廁所會有點味道，我入住的第一天就有點味道，但不是很明顯，第二天起來發現馬桶漏水了，味道就有點重了，建議酒店可以好好檢查一下
總體來説還是比較推薦的

DDonn Tan PSTôi vô cùng ngạc nhiên và thích thú với khách sạn Banyan Tree nổi tiếng này. Đây là một khách sạn được xây dựng tuyệt đẹp, bao quanh là khung cảnh giống như Hồ Tây với những biệt thự tạo nên không gian vườn kiểu Trung Hoa rộng lớn và xinh đẹp. Tôi may mắn được nâng cấp miễn phí lên biệt thự có hồ bơi riêng và tầm nhìn ra núi Ngọc Long n*** trước phòng ngủ, cùng với một khu vườn (cảm ơn rất nhiều đến nhân viên lễ tân của họ).
Điều ấn tượng nhất với tôi là tất cả nhân viên đều được đào tạo rất bài bản, tập trung vào việc cung cấp dịch vụ tốt nhất mà bất kỳ ai cũng mong muốn. 5 sao dành cho sự chỉ đạo của ban lãnh đạo cấp cao, việc thực hiện quản lý và sự tận tâm của toàn bộ nhân viên trong việc cung cấp dịch vụ đẳng cấp thế giới.
Chất lượng món ăn tại nhà hàng của họ cũng rất tốt và giá cả rất hợp lý đối với một nhà hàng 5 sao. Hãy thử gói bữa sáng tại nhà hàng của họ, thực sự đáng giá với sự đa dạng và chất lượng món ăn tuyệt vời.
Tôi rất khuyến khích mọi người đến thăm khách sạn này nếu có dịp đến Lijiang, vì vị trí của nó rất hoàn hảo, nằm giữa 3 thị trấn cổ, nên việc đi lại chỉ mất 10-25 phút và tránh xa sự ồn ào, náo nhiệt của các thị trấn cổ.
Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi dành nhiều thời gian và công sức để viết bài đánh giá chân thực này vì tôi thực sự nghĩ rằng toàn bộ đội ngũ nhân viên của Banyan Tree xứng đáng được như vậy. Ấn tượng, Tuyệt vời, Thú vị, Quyến rũ, Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời, đây là khách sạn duy nhất tôi sẽ ở lại khi đến Lijiang (tôi đã hủy đặt phòng khách sạn khác và gia hạn thêm 2 ngày ở Banyan Tree).

TTài khoản kháchAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.

评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

TTài khoản kháchĐầu tiên, vị trí thực sự xứng đáng với tên gọi ”Trung tâm Thành phố”. Thật tuyệt vời. Tầng dưới là phố đi bộ Nam Cường, và phố Cổ cũng rất gần. Tầng dưới cũng có rất nhiều cửa hàng đồ ăn nhẹ và nhà hàng. Tiện nghi đúng chuẩn năm sao. Bộ chăn ga gối đệm rất thoải mái, đủ cao để nằm trên một chiếc giường cao với gối mềm mại, và tôi ngủ rất ngon. Khả năng cách âm cũng rất tuyệt vời. N*** cạnh là khách sạn Atour, và mặc dù giá cả hai khách sạn tương đương nhau, tôi chắc chắn sẽ chọn Sheraton. Cuối cùng, về dịch vụ: từ lễ tân đến bộ phận dọn phòng, bộ phận ăn uống và bảo trì, mọi người đều rất thân thiện và chủ động, luôn trả lời mọi thắc mắc và cố gắng hết sức để giải quyết. 👍🏻 Bữa sáng cũng rất ngon, có cả bột đậu xanh.

KKevin and ZuzannaUpon arrival, we were greeted rather coldly with a somewhat unwelcoming attitude, though this may have been cultural difference or surprise at seeing non-Chinese visitors. Fortunately, another staff member arrived shortly after who spoke English and actually smiled at us, which improved the situation. Our bags were then taken upstairs.
We were upgraded to a larger room for free, which was a nice gesture. The rooms are super spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with excellent storage capacity. The shower had good pressure and was spacious, which was great. One thing to note: there was something sticking out between the carpet and wooden floor at the entrance that I caught my foot on, causing it to bleed. Fortunately I'm vaccinated for tetanus, but it's something that needs fixing.
The building and corridors look fancy with high ceilings, though some parts of the lobby and second floor don't match this standard.
Service Issues: The housekeeping lady asked us irrelevant and pushy questions in a rather rough manner instead of listening to our queries. Some other staff including reception and kitchen staff were not reading our messages fully and responding too quickly, rushing instead of taking their time to actually listen to their customers. That said, many employees in the kitchen, reception, and porters are lovely and genuinely try their best to help.
The gym is genuinely great - it looks like a modern city gym of good standard. However, guests don't put equipment back in their place, leaving it messy. There are massage chairs available on the floor, which is a nice touch. The hotel also has an Olympic swimming pool, though I didn't get a chance to try it.
The included meals (all three meals a day) were of good quality and plentiful. However, I was surprised by the limited vegetarian options, especially considering this city is supposedly the tofu capital. Some guests had poor manners at the buffet, putting communal serving spoons close to their mouth and nose to sniff the food before the next person uses that same spoon.
A general observation about visiting China: what they call ”aunties” (older female staff) can be unnecessarily rough and rude. Being older doesn't give anyone the right to be overconfident about their skills or treat guests poorly. This varies by province and hotel standard, but it was noticeable here.
Noise was an issue - I wish both staff and other guests would be more considerate about volume levels in the corridors. I also wish there was a quiet lounge option separate from the lobby for those wanting a peaceful space.
Major issue on departure: I requested the free drop-off service to the train station and made it very clear we needed to leave at 10:00am sharp. I received confirmation that this would be a private transfer. However, on the day, this simply wasn't true - it was a shared transfer with other guests who were very inconsiderate and arrived late. This kind of situation is extremely frustrating as it can disrupt your plans and create unnecessary stress.
Positive note: The old town is not far by taxi and is much better than Lijiang - less of a tourist zoo with a better vibe.
Overall, the spacious, clean upgraded room with good storage and shower, along with decent facilities, are appreciated. However, service consistency needs improvement, particularly around actually listening to customer requests. Additionally, the behavior of some other guests detracted from the experience.
