Khách sạn 4 Sao tại Emilia-Romagna, Ý

Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bologna and had a very positive experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city or attending business meetings. The rooms are well-designed, clean, and comfortable, though they could have been a touch warmer for my preference. The staff was professional, efficient, and always ready to assist, which added to the overall experience. It’s an ideal choice for a business trip or a short leisure stay of 2-3 days in the region. I’d highly recommend it for anyone seeking a balance of comfort, convenience, and professionalism!

I walked from Bologna airport late at night. I walked on pavements a large grass verge and a quiet road. Other reviews say the route is not safe but as long as you are not with children I would disagree. It took about 20 mins to walk it and coming back I was able to take the reasonably large mini bus which was then running in the morning. As far as the hotel is concerned it was clean, friendly enough and did the job for an overnight stopover. I would stay again

確實是一線海景不假，距離火車站有些小遠，但是看海邊日出很方便。房間確實夠小夠老，地板上都滿滿地是劃痕。衞生條件尚可，早餐也還算不錯。 吐槽一下前台服務生，住的第二天時，我人已經進電梯了還追過來問有沒有鑰匙…未免有點奇怪了。

Perfect hotel all in all, I couldn't find any dissatisfaction point to mention, starting from location to the services and amenities if you're looking for an amazing stay in Bologna book this place, you'll be literally 5 minutes walk from the center and main attractions, you'll enjoy the decoration inside the hotel and the various amenities, and you'll be welcomed very warmly by the staff who are super friendly and helpful. Will comeback here again whenever I'm visiting Bologna

The single room is a bit small. I'd suggest getting a double room even if you're by yourself. My ground floor room wasn't very quiet, and the safe didn't work. But the service was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic with tons of options. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown.

Nhân viên đã cho chìa khóa phòng và nhận phòng tốt cho khách hàng của chúng tôi tại thời gian Ý 9:00pm , Khi họ vào phòng . Căn phòng đã được sử dụng. Chúng tôi ngay lập tức chạy đến quầy lễ tân, nhân viên sử dụng 1 giờ để xử lý vụ này và nói không có phòng ba người. Chúng tôi không nói rằng chúng tôi phải phòng ba người, chúng tôi là 2 người Ít nhất sẽ xảy ra cho chúng tôi vào giờ đêm . Cô ấy dùng 1 tiếng chậm chạy để xử lý vụ án . Và nói chúng tôi có 2 phòng đơn cho chúng tôi nhưng cần thêm phòng EURO20/per có nghĩa là tổng thêm 40 EUR . Vào thời điểm đó chúng tôi chỉ chấp nhận vì vào đêm 10h tối Chúng tôi chưa bao giờ thấy kỹ năng không chuyên nghiệp này trên bất kỳ khách sạn sao nào . Chúng tôi hài lòng về quản lý của họ . Họ muốn hiểu những gì đã xảy ra với nhân viên của họ . Quản lý sẽ nghe và biết những lỗi lầm về nhân viên của họ là gì . Cảm ơn các anh chị quản lý của họ.

這是一次非常滿意的商務出差入住體驗。 位置與交通： 酒店位置很好，離我要拜訪的公司和地鐵站都很近，周邊也有不少簡餐和咖啡館，商務宴請或自己解決都很方便，大大節省了通勤時間。 環境與設施： 大堂有專門的商務區，辦理入住高效。房間設計簡約實用，辦公桌寬敞，燈光柔和明亮，網速也很快，處理文件和視頻會議完全沒問題。床品舒適，隔音效果出色，能保證一整晚的優質睡眠。 服務與細節： 工作人員非常專業，退房時還主動詢問是否需要發票和消費明細。客房服務響應及時，加送礦泉水、提供熨燙服務都很迅速。早餐中西式結合，選擇豐富，能吃得飽且好，為一天的工作開個好頭。 總體來説，這家酒店在滿足核心差旅需求方面做得非常出色，設施到位、服務高效。下次出差來這邊，這裏一定是我的首選。
