Everything is perfect. Big spacious room. Interesting design. Good view. Note they dont have microwave only oven. Its clean and neat. Note Room service only after 3 days. Location is walkable to old town.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why I booked that hotel - the email outlined the charge but was not specific in saying before 10 am was another night charge. Wish hotel policy was clearer. Arriving at 05:30, and having to sit in the lobby for hours after 15 hours of flying was unacceptable.

I booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast. Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.

Das Zimmer war gut, die Lage ist top, allerdings war ich im Hochsommer da und es fehlte eine Klimaanlage, was für das heiße Wetter etwas unangenehm war. Es gab zwar einen Ventilator, der allerdings etwas zu laut war, sodass ich mit Ohrstöpsel geschlafen habe. Aber im Großen und Ganzen war das Zimmer sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht.

Khách sạn rất gần nhà ga, điều này rất tuyệt vì tôi thường xuyên đi lại bằng tàu hỏa. Phòng sạch sẽ và có nước sinh hoạt. Tôi dùng dầu gội và dầu xả mang theo. Họ trông giữ hành lý giúp tôi, và tôi có thể sử dụng nhà vệ sinh n*** cả sau khi trả phòng. Tôi tự nhận phòng vào khoảng 1 giờ chiều và có thể vào phòng n*** lập tức.

A new hotel in perfect location which is just 3 minutes walk to the e tram station where you can take Number 11, 14 and 21 to the Main station. There is a shopping mall ‘Skyline Plaza’ next to the hotel. The room is perfect with excellent view and is spacious.
