Ngày 1 thì tuyệt vời, nhưng Ngày 2 thì thiếu khăn tắm và không có đồ vệ sinh cá nhân. Ngày 3 thì tệ nhất — không có giấy vệ sinh hoặc khăn giấy, chỉ đủ dùng trong ngày. Phải liên tục yêu cầu những vật dụng cơ bản trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Thủ tục trả phòng diễn ra suôn sẻ và nhanh chóng. Nhìn chung, dịch vụ và tiện nghi không đáp ứng được kỳ vọng của khách sạn 5 sao. Phản hồi bảo trì phòng là một điểm cộng, nhưng dịch vụ dọn phòng và dịch vụ khách hàng cần được cải thiện.

Khách sạn đẹp, phòng rất thoải mái và sạch sẽ, giường và gối tuyệt vời. Nói chung là một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời! Tuy nhiên, nhà hàng ở tầng 2 thông gió không tốt lắm vì quần áo công sở của tôi có mùi sau khi ăn sáng, nhưng may mắn là đồ ăn khá ngon.

The room was exceptionally huge, offering more than enough space to move around freely without feeling cramped or cluttered. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or even with family, the room size can easily accommodate extra luggage or a few hours of in-room activities without making the space feel overcrowded. One of the first things I appreciated was how clean and organized everything was upon arrival. The bed was neatly made, the floor spotless, and all surfaces dust-free. The layout of the room was practical, with the furniture arranged in a way that made the space feel both functional and cozy. The bed was large and comfortable, providing excellent rest after a long day. The pillows and blankets provided were also of good quality, not too stiff and not too soft—just right for a peaceful night’s sleep. Amenities in the room were impressive and met all basic needs for a comfortable stay. Firstly, the hot water functioned perfectly, which is always a plus point in any accommodation. Some places advertise hot showers only for you to find lukewarm water at best—but not here. The water pressure was just right, and the shower area was clean and equipped with enough towels and toiletries to last through the stay. Another amenity that stood out was the mini fridge. This was particularly convenient as I was able to store snacks and drinks to enjoy at my leisure. It worked well and was clean inside—no foul smells or leftover stains. It's always great to have a functioning fridge in the room, especially for longer stays. There was also a television available in the room, which offered a decent selection of channels. While I didn’t spend too much time watching TV, it was a nice option to have, especially if you're planning on relaxing in the room for the evening. The remote worked, and the image quality was clear with no issues in signal. Small touches like a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk or table were also present, which added to the practicality of the room. It was easy to keep things organized and have a spot to sit down and work or eat if needed. Overall, I would say this stay was well worth the value. The room was not only large and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a short or even extended stay. It’s clear that attention was paid to guest comfort and convenience. For anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and well-maintained place with all the essential amenities functioning as expected, I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The children’s pool with slides requires better maintenance, as insects were present. Parking is located quite far from the main area; however, buggy services are available and helpful. All staff members were very friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. The room was spacious. Although we did not receive a full sea view—only a partial one—the scenery was still stunning. The ambience of the resort is very refreshing, with high ceilings and a breezy environment that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are many activities available, and the resort is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Swimming is not very suitable due to strong tides, but the soft sand makes it ideal for children to play. There are two large pools: one specifically designed for children with slides, and another main pool where mini kayaks and floating flamingos are available for rent. The kids’ activity area is very creative, with games such as dam ular and various board games. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices, although I had a better dining experience during a previous visit for work purposes. Unfortunately, room service dining was not satisfactory—the fries were soggy, the fried rice was overly oily, and the carbonara was average. There was also some confusion regarding a 20% insider discount, as we were initially informed it was applicable, but later told that the discount was only valid at Horizon Café not in room service. They should explain better :( Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with some improvements—particularly in maintenance and food quality—it could be an even better experience.

I chose Jinhold Hotel for a short trip to Miri, and it turned out to be a smart, no-fuss choice. Nestled in a quiet yet accessible neighbourhood, it offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience. First Impressions & Location The hotel makes a good first impression with its modern, clean exterior. Its location is a strong point. The Miri City Centre, Imperial Mall and the famous Waterfront are just a short ride away. The Room: Compact & Comfortable My Standard Room was compact but very well-designed. It had everything I needed: · A supremely comfortable bed with quality linens. · A powerful, quiet air-conditioner (a must in Miri's humidity). · A large flat-screen TV with local and international channels. · A clean, modern bathroom with an excellent hot rain shower. · Thoughtful amenities like a ceiling fan, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and free bottled water. Services & Facilities The service here is efficient and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful fast with check-in/out. · Free Wi-Fi: The internet was reliable and fast enough for video calls and streaming. · Secure Parking: Available on-site, which was a major relief.

I booked a Standard Hill View King on Chinese New Year Eve, The overall stay is a decent one, was provided with one King size bed and one single size bed, room was equipped with one mini fridge, one kettle and some cups, tissues, TV but the satellite line was bad as TV line appears unstable, small hair dryer, you can refer to photo I posted for amenities and room view, what I showed is all I got. Breakfast wasn't many choice but good enough, they have laksa, kolomee, salad, nasi lemak, bread

The hotel provides great basic amenities for me to have a comfortable stay. The location is great, only 2-min walk to the cat statue and then can continue walking along the waterfront. The breakfast buffet spread also decent, i love their fried rice and fresh pineapple and orange juice. The staff also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great service!
