The first room we were booked into had a terrible cigarette smell (it's a non smoking hotel), so they had to find us another room. The next room had its own issues. First thing we found was a bag of kibble in the fridge. The bathroom door had to be forced to shut completely, and the bathroom sink drained incredibly slow. They apparently tried to fix it, but it actually got worse after. If you are tall, you will hate the showers. The shower head is set at about 5'6”. Also, bring slippers, because the floors are filthy. I obviously cannot comment on every room, but the hotel is very dated and needs renovations. A few positives were that the staff was nice and accommodating, they serviced the room daily, the bed was comfy, and the shuttle service was great.

設施挺好的，住客素質很高，全程都很安靜很有邊界感，但是地理位置比較一般，離葉子店也就一個街區，門口能聞到麻味兒，離美術館走着確實舒服，大概不到二十分鐘，自行權衡吧

Nice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big! Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.

The hotel is relatively new, rooms are spacious, breakfast is Ok. But, be prepared to spend 10-30 minutes waiting for the elevator and in the breakfast hours or check in hours it might take even longer. When checking out I had to use the stairs to get down from 8th floor after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator!!! The general service is also almost absent. I asked to bring bedding to the room for my kid and prepare the sofa, they said they they have no staff , but promised at least to bring bedding to the room. Four hours later - nothing happened. I had to get back to reception and eventually received it there and had to do everything myself

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel was very clean and staff was amazing. However you will be discouraged because they house multiple event parties. While we were there it was a group of middle school volleyball players. At one point my husband was hit with the ball as we were walking to the elevator by a group of girls who were playing volleyball in the center of the hotel. The girls were jumping on the furniture. The second night I took my daughter to the pool. However we had to come at a later time because the pool was to capacity with the VB girls doing stunts and TikTok’s in the pool. Later when I took my child there were no towels. We walked to the front desk where a woman said she would call housekeeping. No one came for almost two hours. I ended up having to ask my daughter to bring us a towel. My child was ready to get out the pool as the VB girls came back to finish their TikTok’s. Parking was an epic fail. You spend all your money to stay and parking isn’t included. There’s a guy who comes around 4am to confirm you’ve bought the parking pass. It you get a ticket its $25. Ridiculous!!! My families stay was also interrupted by the hockey tournaments kids who would play hockey in the center of the hotel. This was a playground. Kids were running wild and no one had control of them. The front desk didn’t say anything to them as they jumped off the couches pretending the ground was hot lava. Finally, your sleep will be interrupted by kids going from door to door anonymously knocking on doors and running. If you stay ask if there’s any chance that there’s a kid event occurring.

JJJRGIts a great hotel to stay when you are having a long lay-over in Denver. Very spacious rooms, comfy bed,Starbucks coffee provided. Really superb and worth the price. Though its quite on the higher price, still the best and relaxing sleep and stay is at its finest. Will stay here again soon.

RRamkrishna KaranthThis is a beautiful historic property, with a fantastic team providing impeccable service to guests! The property is located very conveniently, close to the hot springs and walking distance to downtown. The lobby and the Courtyard ares beautiful. We had a bit of an issue getting the hang of operating the ceiling fan and the room heating system, and the team's response to get us updated was super quick. Overall, a great experience.

TTài khoản kháchHighly recommend this hotel, the staff was amazingg. Every staff member helping us were very friendly and helpful. We travelled from Texas to elope and were wanting to check in very early, they didn’t have anything but that was expected being that we arrived at 8 am! Although they didn’t have one ready they STILL gave us free breakfast! On top of that they gave us free drinks at the bar as a newly wed gift! Again not expected. The chef also came out later when we went to the bar at night and gifted us delicious dessert, this hotel made us feel welcomed in Colorado . We def. Will be back.
