Booked a room for a couple nights for dental work.  Room was clean but had a funny smell as soon as I opened the door.  Bed, pillows and sheets was clean and comfortable.  The bed could have been placed away from the AC unit.  I love that they have a mini fridge in the room so I can freeze my ice packs and have it nice and cold by the time I get back from the dentist.

Trước tiên, tôi xin thông báo với độc giả rằng Khách sạn Grand Canyon Plaza giống một nhà nghỉ hơn là một khách sạn. Lối vào tất cả các phòng, bao gồm cả thang máy, đều từ bên ngoài. Khách sạn này không giống như những khách sạn thông thường, nơi bạn bước vào sảnh rồi lên phòng hoặc thang máy. Khi bước vào GCPH để nhận phòng, sảnh có vẻ rất sạch sẽ nhưng hơi cũ. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện. Khi chúng tôi mới bước vào phòng được chỉ định, mùi khói thuốc lá bị che khuất bởi nước hoa xịt phòng. Chúng tôi quay lại sảnh để phàn nàn và yêu cầu đổi phòng. Phòng thứ hai thì tạm được, tuy nhiên, phòng nhỏ, tối và khá cũ. Sáng hôm sau, chúng tôi dùng bữa sáng tại nhà hàng của họ ở gần sảnh, đồ ăn và dịch vụ đều tốt. Really great location for Lake Powell. Pools are nice - there are two - with one hot tub that’s not functioning very well. 10/10 for the Lake Powell view from the common area. It’s however a bit rundown… rooms are clean, but they are very dated and need proper maintenance. Being in the middle of the desert area also means wildlife in the room - I was faced with a highly venomous bark scorpion in the room. Asked the receptionist, yet it turned out no one could help… If you aren’t brave enough, maybe best to avoid. The room had a marina view. But that wasn’t what I hoped for - I was looking for a room with a lake view. Maybe better listing is needed.

Đây là một chuyến đi đường bộ xuyên miền Tây nước Mỹ, và chúng tôi đã dừng chân nghỉ đêm ở Kingman trên đường từ Vườn quốc gia Grand Canyon đến Los Angeles. Khách sạn có vị trí tốt, cơ sở vật chất hơi cũ nhưng độ sạch sẽ ở mức chấp nhận được. Nội thất được trang trí theo chủ đề retro của Route 66, và có rất nhiều bức tranh tường đẹp trên tòa nhà.

Location: Quite nearby the highway, convenient to stay for a night. About 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon. Cleanliness: Good. Service: Great, the front desk girl is very nice to help, advise nearby stores, how to use the facilities. Facilities: Full, with swiming pool is a plus for kids. Pretty a nice stay, would recommend for new stays.

Good place to stay the night and good location as it is only 1 hour away from Grand Canyon South Rim! The Inn has a good amenities with indoor pool and gym. Check-in and check-out were seamless and staffs are attentive. The room was clean and well-maintained. however, the bedsheet and duvet is questionable as I noticed that they are slightly dirty. Breakfast spreads were adequate with good variation. Overall, a good experience to stay the night before or after visiting Grand Canyon!

RobertoLocated a couple of blocks from downtown and right in front of the Footprint Stadium, the Courtyard Phoenix Downtown hotel features rooms almost similar to each other but comfortable, cleaned on a daily basis, equipped with a useful coffee maker and generous in size. You can't properly say they are elegant but they look nice with functional furniture - maybe a bit impersonal - with comfortable beds and adequate lighting. In short, this is more a business hotel than a four-star classy one.. Breakfast in the morning allows you to try the local cuisine with excellent and tasty vegetarian burritos and equally delicious coffee tartlets all produced by Shamrock Farms. However, some flaws have put the hotel in a bad light in my opinion: the swimming pool is beautiful and well maintened but not heated (!); the parking at the rear of the hotel is being offered for $40 a day (ridiculous!); the small internal corner for any Daily necessities costs a fortune (a packets of Lays crisps Is 9 dollars plus taxes (!!) and lastly the staff who were not always welcoming and proactive: during my stay I absolutely wanted to try at least one ride on Waymo the worldwide well known self-driving taxi service which runs throughout the city. However, none of the members at the reception helped me to find a solution and help me having a ride. I'd say many yes but also some no.

NNomadineWe landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours. The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins. We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze. We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed. After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed. In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful. If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation.

TTài khoản kháchThe location was perfect- looks right out on the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. There’s a nice walking/biking path on both sides of the river. Easy access (stairs) from the river to the street, across the bridge to the other side. Might be a bit tricky in a wheelchair - there’s an elevator at the Heat a hotel, but might be easier to drive across to the other side of the river and go down the steep path? Not sure - should be doable but would take longer. Javelina Cantina is very close.decent food, not good margaritas! (Skinny). The brew pub right next door and another restaurant we’re closed, but there were open restaurants across the river where you could dine outside (crap margs there too!). Anyway- hotel room is big, nice patio, nice folks at the front desk. Happy hour with nice outdoor seating. Boat docks out front, if you’re fancy like that. I thought it was a bit pricey, but for the location, chill factor, and views, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!

MMagdalena LillaAbsolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

LLori HagenRoom was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds.
