Tôi thực sự thích vị trí của nhà trọ và nó cách trung tâm Phố Cổ một quãng đi bộ. Các nhân viên cũng thân thiện. Họ đã cho tôi đồ uống chào mừng, thật tuyệt!

Vị trí tốt, dịch vụ khách hàng tuyệt vời. Căn phòng lớn với thiết kế hiện đại, đầy đủ với ấm đun nước điện (có cà phê, trà & dưa bình thường) & tủ lạnh nhỏ. Lựa chọn tốt trong bữa sáng tự chọn. Đó là một sự ấn tượng tuyệt vời khi họ đặt tên khách vào t.v của phòng & một thẻ nhỏ từ nhân viên dọn phòng. Tôi hài lòng với sự sạch sẽ, đến khi tôi thấy một vết bẩn trong chăn bông / tấm nệm (có vẻ như máu cũ). Mình chỉ thấy vào sáng trả phòng khi tình cờ mở chăn bông khi mình đang dọn dẹp giường. Tôi đã đề cập với nhân viên lễ tân & cô ấy nói sẽ phản hồi với dọn phòng.

Chuyến đi rất đáng tiền. Vì đây không phải là thành phố du lịch nổi tiếng nên mùa đông rất ít người. Tôi ở lại hai đêm và đã tham quan hết các điểm du lịch vào ngày thứ hai, vì vậy tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tốt. Tôi nghĩ không cần thiết phải ăn đồ ăn địa phương ở đây. Nhìn chung, ẩm thực tương tự như của Cộng hòa Séc và Ba Lan, và vấn đề chính là nó không ngon lắm. Tôi đã ăn ở đó hai lần, tốn từ 25 đến 35 euro, và không có gì ngạc nhiên khi cả hai bữa ăn đều tệ. Nơi này phù hợp cho khách du lịch, nhưng bạn không cần phải lo lắng về chuyện ăn uống; chỉ cần mua một ít bánh quy ở cửa hàng tiện lợi và ăn một bữa ở McDonald's là được.

The lobby and breakfast area are very modern, clean, and the breakfast buffet is very good food with plenty choices and several coffee machines as well as fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, fresh bread, and toast, several different types of sausages, beans, yogurt, salads, cold, cuts, and several different types of cheese. My room was modern with a good size TV and a very large bathroom. My only complaints are that the carpets in the bedroom and the hallways are dirty.

Hotel is next to President palace in the city of Bratislava. Hotel is old fashion but big, I got 325 corner room. The TV in room doesnt work also net was extremly slowly. I reported it tu hotel but only I am y sorry its today all hotel problem. In bif hotel chain is not working TV cause for new room or high compensation on level min 25% of hotel room price. Materas are very poor and bed noisy. Breakfad are for my suprise bed, otherwise its training hotel for students for have to tolerant my recomendation is sent teachers tu Dubai to check how to do in serving besuse this is not added value for that students in serving and presentstion of food but old fashion Slovak standards, otherwise food was fresh and tasty.

It was about a 8 mins walk from the main train station with some mild upslope. Take note there’s a flight of few steps going down to the hotel. However the rooms are so intricately designed with good amenities! They also gave free water, beer, and soft drinks in the mini fridge. Bed and pillows were comfy. One of the top hotels, if not the best, in Bratislava!

Perfect. Quiet and respectful. Bed was comfortable and felt safe as a solo female traveller. Close to everything.

A beautiful hotel in the centre of Bratislava. Clean rooms , international breakfast and very friendly staff.

Great hotel, comfortable. Twin room, what I got was literally above nightclub, so very kind gentleman from reception swapped it to double bed away from club noise. Good night sleep and breakfast was lovely. Perfect central location.

It was such a lovely stay! I highly recommend the sauna in the hotel, and the breakfast is great. The location is also good, with walking distance to the main tourist places. There is a bus that goes to the airport directly. The receptionist is very friendly! I wound stay again when I visit Bratislava next time.
