I think i wasn't given the Superior Room as depicted when i made the reservation. But somehow i didn't make a fuss as the room was still spacious & comfortable, and i was given a room early at 1pm & was just staying for 1 night. The location was good, close to eateries & amenities, and walkable to the public beach. Breakfast was so so & held in a temporary function room as the Coffee House was undergoing a renovation. But they started serving only at 7.45am even though the official time was 7.00am. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

i think it is the best time to change the furnitures in the room. tissue in toilet is not the new roll, i think left from previous guest. also no tissue in the room, only in toilet. the indian receptionists was talking in the phone very loud. not proper if customer see your attitude like this. the good one is water pressure is high. i love to shower here. 😆

Tôi đã ở khách sạn này hôm qua và muốn chia sẻ một vài phản hồi về trải nghiệm của mình. Phòng nhìn chung khá thoải mái, mặc dù đồ nội thất có vẻ khá cũ và cần được tân trang lại. Chăn ga gối đệm tốt; tuy nhiên, gối không được thoải mái như mong đợi. Tôi cũng nhận thấy có rất nhiều kiến ​​đen nhỏ trong phòng, điều này cần được xử lý để duy trì sự sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Về mặt tích cực, đồ ăn được phục vụ ngon và giá cả rất hợp lý. Khu vực hồ bơi rất thú vị cho cả người lớn và trẻ em. Tuy nhiên, phòng trẻ em khá đơn giản và có thể được trang bị tốt hơn hoặc hấp dẫn hơn cho các vị khách nhỏ tuổi. Location: It is located in Teluk Kemang area where along the stretch are plenty other choices of accomodation. I chose Thistle however for its name and reputation for being there quite sometime already. No worries for food hunting as you find endless options of restaurants on each side of the road. The town is about 12km away, where I visited Waterfront PD, a newly built area centred for night-life. Here you can find a lot of the famous cafe outlets like Mykori, Kenangan Coffee, Inside Scoop (to open), and my favorite being Zus. Love the setup Zus does here.. feels like somewhere in Aussie as the outlet is right next to the sea. Arrival: Upon arrival, the bellboy was helpful and friendly. Smooth check-in process. But, unlike stated by Trip.com, there isnt a need for deposits. Instead, I was charged what is called as ”Lestari Fee”, something newly introduced by the government. Per night is RM 4 I suppose, as I paid RM 8 for 2 nights-stay. The lobby area was okay, tho I expect a lot more grandeur charm. Room: Spacious room, I got the King Bed, Garden View located on level 5. Overall there are 6 floors and as this is off season, not even a quarter of the rooms were occupied. Room as in pictures you can find on the net. Quite disappointed with the bathroom. Old and deserve for a makeover. Nevertheless the shower is fantastic and happy that the shower floor is even and doesnt flood. There is a bidet to my satisfactiom by the toilet bowl. Toiletries are provided but very basic, by the hotel itself. Facilities: Up to its 'resort' name, you have a huge pool, 2 or 3 types of kids slides and an infinity pool overlooking the sea. The depth of the pool starts at 1.5m up to 2.0m which was great. The cave deco that runs as if a waterfall looks old and in need of a proper cleaning. Lifeguard is always on duty. You may rent a few types of equipments to play in the pool. There is also a tennis court. For now, the rental of the tennis racket isnt charged but requires a deposit. There is a mini area of arcade (open space) where the table tennis is also located at. You can also rent PS5 to play in your room. The sea stretches into the Malacca straits, you see quite a number of big cargo, ships travelling. You can also rent a fishing rod (comes with bait) from the hotel! Activities wise I rate as fantastic! Food: I took room with breakfast and I think it commensurates with the price. I'd say food quality is basic and of 3-stars hotel tier. Due to crowd on the first morning I even got a burnt omelette hahaha. The omelette was a lot better on the 2nd day. Sad i didnt manage to try out Chinoise, where I was aiming for its 'seafood yee mee'. Perhaps I'll come again? Check-out: Check-out was smooth and as this is off-season, I got to late check-out. Please support this hotel so it can live up to its name again! I love my stay 😍

Rất thất vọng cho lần này. Điện thoại trong phòng không hoạt động, internet rất chậm. Đường ống bồn rửa, nước chảy ra từ bên hông và nước chảy khắp mặt bàn, may mắn là tôi mang theo một chiếc khăn bếp. Và tôi yêu cầu lễ tân cho thêm một chiếc khăn nhỏ. Grand lexis cần nâng cấp phòng, trông cũ kỹ. Nhưng cảm ơn nhân viên tên là EVELYN. Tôi nhận ra cô ấy từ những lần lưu trú trước, cô ấy đã nâng cấp phòng của tôi thành phòng lớn hơn so với phòng trước mà tôi đã đặt. Tất cả tài xế xe buggy đều thân thiện và hữu ích. Hy vọng sẽ thấy sự thay đổi khi tôi quay lại lần sau.

Our stay at Lexis Hibiscus was excellent. This trip was actually planned as a golf getaway to PDGCC and Dickson Bay Golf Club, and we chose to stay at the 5-star Lexis Hibiscus to avoid any disappointment during our ***** New Year holiday. The experience was truly worth the money. The room was clean, fresh, and felt new — we absolutely loved it. The ocean and sea view from the room was stunning and very calming. It’s especially perfect for people who just want to rest their mind and escape from busy city life. Although the food choices were slightly limited, everything else made up for it. It was the Ramadan (puasa) month, which coincided with ***** New Year, and the hotel was not too crowded. The car trip was smooth, and everything throughout our stay went very well. We even considered extending our stay if work had allowed! I can’t imagine how beautiful and lively it must be during a big holiday season — I’m sure the hotel would be fully booked. It’s truly a beautiful place to stay, whether for families or couples.

Stayed 1 day. The day I went Saturday was fully occupied with guests. Many corporate events were held on Saturday and Sunday. The room is large, and the price is relatively cheap. The resort surroundings are full of high grown trees. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Food, no issue. They have a restaurant and we can order tru tru Grab Food as well. My room package comes with a complimentary breakfast. Verity of local and continental foods. For those travelling by KTM commuter, can take grab. It's about 5-6 KM from Seremban Station.

Tempat yg sgt cantik, tpi lebih sesuai untuk student yg pergi camping.. tapi sedih tandas dekat luar, mmng pikir 2/3 kali nk ergi time waktu malam.. byk kemudahan yg ada tempt makan tak perlu drive.. just jalan kaki.. tak sampai 1km pon.. mmng masuk2 depan hotel ada kedai makan
