Nice hotel located in central location Anfa street . Shower was clean and work well no issue , clean bathroom… clean room . It is same 5 star level

Hotel needs a bit of renovation . Getting old! but so far for 2-3 nights is fine.  Too strong detergent smell in the room.

We arrive after midnight. The front desk was so nice and they gave us free upgrade to suite. The hotel is actually quite far. We'll, to he honest kinda my fault for not checking the location before we book it. 35 minutes walk from casa port, 25 minutes with the tram to casa voyageurs, and 40 minutes walk to hasan mosque. Good things is the hotel is not very far from the tram stop. The hotel room itself looks really nice, but not clean. The drainage to the shower was clog. So when we took shower, it started to flooding to all over the bathroom. We told the front desk about it. Bit nothing really don't with it. Also first day was there. I saw blood stain on one of the pillow case. Luckily they have lots of pillow inside the room. So I did not use it. The next night I saw they change the pillow case, but this time I saw blood stain on the blanket which was not there the night before. I thunk they should check them properly and clean it. From the picture u can see it is an old stain.

Vị trí tuyệt vời, cách ga tàu chính (Casa Voyageurs) khoảng 12 phút đi bộ và có thể đi bộ đến các khu vực đẹp khác (UN Square, v.v.). Nhân viên rất đáng yêu; thân thiện và hữu ích. Bữa sáng ngon, mặc dù không đồng đều theo ngày. Phòng của chúng tôi khá tốt; giường thoải mái và vòi sen đẹp. Bàn làm việc tốt. Nhưng thảm rất cũ và tường cần được vệ sinh sạch sẽ. WiFi tốt. Nhìn chung, khách sạn thực sự đáng giá và chúng tôi khuyên bạn nên đến đây.

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

Апарт-отель понравился,расположение к морю близко,рядом торговый центр с магазинчиками и продуктами,в отеле тихо,есть номера с видом на океан,красивые закаты,большая часть боковой вид,тихо и спокойно. Есть бассейн,но он очень маленький как для детей!! Завтраки хорошие,воду в номер ставят каждый день. До Медины и достопримечательностей ездили на такси,рядом много машин
