Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

From the moment we arrived at Welcomhotel ITC Amritsar, we were greeted with a warm and heartfelt welcome that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and to our delight, our room was beautifully decorated for the occasion. It was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious — a perfect haven for relaxation and celebration. Dinner was an absolute highlight — a true 5-star experience. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Jaspal, whose culinary skills made our meal unforgettable. The dining staff were extremely attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout. The pool area was equally impressive — clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. We also greatly appreciated the late checkout, which allowed us some extra time to relax and enjoy the hotel’s excellent facilities. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our stay special. Having stayed in many hotels in Amritsar over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Khách sạn nằm ở một vị trí chiến lược. Tôi phải nhận phòng vào đêm khuya và điều đó hơi không được hoan nghênh vì nhân viên hướng dẫn đang thư giãn trên ghế dài cho đến khi tôi phải gọi điện cho họ. Tôi cũng đã gọi điện cho nhân viên hướng dẫn hai lần để hỗ trợ tôi về hành lý nhưng không ai trả lời điện thoại 4-5 lần và khi trả lời thì không có ai thực sự đến hỗ trợ tôi cho đến khi tôi bước xuống và thông báo lại cho họ. Phòng hơi cũ nhưng nhìn chung ổn.

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

Good hotel amazing location and fantastic service and amazing hospitality

Nhân viên rất tốt bụng và thân thiện và hữu ích nhưng vào ngày đầu tiên tôi đến sáng sớm lúc 07:30 sáng hoặc 08:00 tôi nghĩ có một người anh Anuj tôi hỏi anh ấy có thể kiểm tra nhà trọ sớm không, anh ấy bảo tôi rằng hãy ngồi và chờ 10 phút và sau 10 phút tôi được anh anuj nói với phòng của bạn đã sẵn sàng tôi nghĩ wow nhưng sau vài phút anh Anuj nói tôi phải trả thêm 1500 cho check inn sớm thì tôi rời khách sạn sáng sớm và quay lại check inn lúc 16:00 gì đó. Nhưng tôi có thể hiểu rằng tôi đến sớm hơn nên không sao nhưng tất cả nhân viên FO và nhân viên phục vụ phòng cũng rất tuyệt. Nhưng đặc biệt là cô gái trẻ dọn phòng của tôi hàng ngày tôi quên hỏi tên cô ấy nhưng cô ấy rất tốt giao tiếp cung cấp dịch vụ tốt nhất cảm ơn bạn.

My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty Manager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)
