A fantastic place to stay! Warm, modern and welcoming. All The staff are lovely and friendly. Our private en suite room and bathroom was spacious, clean and tidy, the reception area modern and welcoming too. Car parking available if you need it. The staff even made us a pizza at 11pm as we arrived back tired, wet and cold from being at the match. The best bit was the breakfast, it was amazing and in a separate dinjng area. Full choice of traditional hot English breakfast or continental. Fresh coffee and tea and juices too.

Phải chờ nửa tiếng đồng hồ vì mỗi khách hàng đều phải trả thuế thành phố và nhập tất cả thông tin vào máy tính, rồi in một tờ giấy A4 lãng phí ở phòng khác, trước khi được đưa chìa khóa phòng và đóng ghim lại. Trong lúc chờ đợi, có một người phụ nữ la hét và quát tháo với nhân viên về con trai bà ta, người đang được khách sạn bố trí ở. Bà ta nói rằng con trai mình được phép làm những điều không đứng đắn trong phòng. Bà ta đã bị đuổi ra ngoài. Chỉ có một thang máy hoạt động, điều này rất bất tiện vì tôi đi lại khó khăn và thang máy lại nằm ở tầng năm. Thang máy bốc mùi hôi thối. Khách sạn dường như đang tiếp nhận rất nhiều người không may mắn rơi vào cảnh vô gia cư. Phòng trông cũ kỹ và thảm trải sàn bị cháy xém do bàn là. Giường khá đẹp và thoải mái, ga trải giường sạch sẽ. Gạch lát phòng tắm bẩn thỉu với những vết xà phòng và dấu tay dầu mỡ. Trần phòng tắm bị mốc meo. Phòng tắm cần được nâng cấp và vệ sinh kỹ lưỡng. Bồn tắm bị ố vàng vì cũ kỹ và trông như được lắp đặt từ thuở sơ khai. Các tiện nghi pha trà và cà phê trong phòng đủ dùng nhưng hộp đựng các gói trà và cà phê rất bẩn và trông như chưa bao giờ được rửa sạch. Trên rèm cửa có vết cháy thuốc lá và vết bẩn. Nói chung, tôi thực sự thất vọng. Chúng tôi đã từng ở đây khoảng 20 năm trước và đây là một khách sạn tuyệt đẹp với đèn chùm và nội thất sang trọng ở tầng dưới. Nhưng nơi này trông thật xuống cấp và tồi tàn, với số lượng nhân viên ít ỏi, vệ sinh rất kém và không được tân trang lại gần đây.

Hi had a great stay excellent location would definitely stay again .. only thing was the electric heater in room made a clicking noise early hours every night .

Great hotel in perfect location. Small suites and equipped kitchenette is a lovely addition to the comfy room in this friendly hotel on the Albert Dock. Great breakfast too. Would definitely stay again.

I will start my review by saying the staff were very helpful and can only work with what they have. Our check in was fine but on getting to our room it was like a fridge and the heating was very poor and even after being on for an hour or more was barely warm. We had to get a connector heater which was broken!! We had to prop it up with part of the hair dryer. The draft at the window was like a gale force wind. The room was well showing its age there was no mirror over the dressing table/desk. And the curtains were thread bare. The swimming pool was OK but the steam room and jacuzzi was not working. I was expecting a lot more from a mercury hotel. We were very disappointed.

Great stay as always. Perfect location for events at the M&S arena and close to the city centre. We had an accessible wetroom, which was ideal for what we needed, it had a lowered bed and more space around the bed for wheelchair access. The wet room was also spacious with a wall seat for the shower and several hand rails. To exit the room there is a button for disabled access...this takes a little getting used to if u aren't stood in the right place then the door stops and starts to close again once you figure out how far or close to be it seems pretty happy. The staff are really friendly and go above and beyond. Will keep coming back.

We stayed here the night before creamfeilds I will start with the good points .. Staff 10/10 so helpful and very good customer services skills.. cleanliness was top notch, the breakfast was plentiful, the mattress in the bed room was actually one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I have stayed on and I was thinking we would get a lovely nights rest before our festival but on to the bad points. we had the worst nights sleep of our lives our room was facing the road. Now this road is busy throughout the whole of the night. It is non stop, you can hear every car, every lorry, every motor bike, every horn every engine zooming past all throughout the whole night ! We barely slept a wink !! We was shattered the next day. We told the staff the manager said to go through the app we booked on and we can get 20% back as they would of gave us a free breakfast for our trouble but we had already bought one . The manager and receptionist were so lovely. They do know this is an issue and have been trying to get something implemented from the company to resolve this issue as it’s not just us who have complained about this .. and unfortunately I would not stay here again until the issue is resolved and they got the triple glazing windows to reduce noise otherwise I would much rather book another hotel without the noise issues so I could get a good nights rest ..

Excellent location for a visit to Albert Dock and to the city centre for shopping. Staff are professional ,friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere and very clean. The onsite parking is a definite 5 stars plus. Thank you Ibis Liverpool you made my stay very special.

The room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this
