Nó cảm thấy giống như một nhà trọ Mặc dù phòng sạch sẽ nhưng vì nó đã lỗi thời và cũ nên nó cảm thấy bẩn. Quang cảnh từ phòng thật tuyệt vời!

The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.

酒店就在圖盧茲馬塔比尤火車站對面不遠處，從馬德里坐夜行巴士到圖盧茲時天還沒亮，擔心酒店沒開門，於是在巴士站等了差不多一個多小時才導航找酒店，卻沒想到巴士站和火車站就挨着。到了酒店，前台是一位女服務員，説明情況後，入住是肯定辦不了的，因為一般都是下午三點辦理，於是存了行李，見酒店的早餐還可以，就付了八歐直接吃了，早餐是按人頭提供的套餐，麪包比較硬但非常好吃，飲料可以隨便喝。早飯後出去溜達到吃了午飯後才回去辦得入住手續，房間是鑰匙開鎖那種，很乾凈，對一個人來説很夠用，出門時把鑰匙交給前台回來後再取。酒店離新橋和加龍河等景點都不遠，我都是溜達着逛的。當時拍了幾張酒店照片的，回國後清理手機相冊放到電腦裏了，懶得往出翻了。總之，是個不錯的酒店。

MMaverick79Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

TT/RFellow travelers, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had. The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

CCéline FaurouxCoup de cœur pour cet Hôtel nous l'avons découvert en juin et y sommes retournés en juillet et y retournerons à chaque fois que nous irons sur Montpellier grâce à Medhi qui avec le sourire a toujours fait son possible pour que nos séjours soient inoubliables et le personnel (accueil, barman, serveurs, femmes de ménages agents d'entretiens...) est très accueillant, à votre écoute et toujours disponible. Et pour couronner le tout le cadre est magnifique et reposant avec vue sur le golf, la piscine extérieur, ses transats et sa cabane en bambou pour s'offrir un verre au bord de la piscine. La piscine Spa interieure est immense et l'accès à 19 € la journée est gratuit de 8h à 10h et de 19h à 20h. Un vrai moment de détente au calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et agréable à prendre dans sa grande salle donnant sur le jardin ou en terrasse ou vous pouvez également y prendre vos repas le midi et le soir. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats à des prix très attractifs avec une formule accès piscine pour les invités ou personnes de l'extérieur Le Zenitude Hôtel est l'hôtel incontournable pour un petit ou long séjour à Montpellier..

NNavinFernando🌟 Excellent Stay at Hotel Lutetia – Perfect Location & Comfort! 🌟 We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lutetia in Lourdes. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a few steps away from the train station, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and the modern elevator access made it easy to move around, especially with luggage. Another big advantage is the location—within easy reach of the Grotto and the Basilica, which made our visits smooth and stress-free. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so you’re never short of dining options. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a superb hotel that offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lourdes!

TTài khoản kháchWe will definitely come back 😍♥️ we loved it. It’s just 10 min walk from the airport. We had a big room at the ibis style. Every thing was spotless, nice comfy beds ( I would suggest to add an extra pillow but I’m sure I would get it if I asked 😅). The room was very quiet even if it is in a industrial area ( we would prefer a little warmer room, we tried to bring it up a little bit but unsuccessfully, we gave up cause we had 2 nights only). The breakfast was too good, not busy at all, even at the last moment, the food was enough. Everything is high quality, artisan bread, bio butter and cheese, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh boiled eggs, etc. Its just 20 min walk to the tram station, 15 min journey to the rail station. We visited another beautiful sea side town, Sète, 30 min journey from Montpellier.

TTài khoản kháchWe did not receive advice that the the hotel cannot be accessed by car, so Satnav is not helpful. It was almost 9pm when we left the airport 11minutes away by car, but we did not arrive until 90 minutes, within the traffic-free old city. Phone calls to the hotel (separate phones, several occasions) connected us to a Tesla Charging number(we had a VW hire car|) or an Agent Immobilier. By asking local people on the street and in a restaurant, we eventually arrived at a secure hotel carpark with electronic code access, a young man appeared as he was locking up for the night. He told us we were lucky to find him there. We parked and were transported by him via a circuitous and improbable route through the fortifications. Why were we not given directions to this car park and why was this system not explained to us? Diabolical!
