Overall we had a really nice stay at this hotel and it fit the exact purpose we needed for, it was also the best value of anywhere around. The hotel was clean and the room and the staff were lovely , every time we needed some information the staff were very helpful. The breakfast service was a buffet and at 15 EUR/ person represented great value with lots of different options for different kind of diets. I was running the marathon in Valencia and needed to keep my diet plain and clean, for anyone else doing something similar in the future I would say that the breakfast and the dinner are sufficient to correct carb load if that's what you need to do. The dinner buffet was 25 EUR and unlike breakfast, did not include any drinks. It was still good but a bit too expensive, we felt a bit too compelled to order paid drinks and there wasn't really anything I needed from the drink menu, I didn't like this. There are also things that could do with improvement, especially considering the 4 star rating of the hotel. Some of the facilities and amenities are now very date, particularly the TV in the room was very old and too slow to operate. The gym was quite decent for a hotel and had good weight options , but I would advise against using the treadmill, the belt got stuck while I was using it and I almost fell. Either the belt needs replacing or the entire treadmill. The sauna is free to use and was really nice, but the wooden benches are very loose and feel like they could give way especially on the top bench. None of these problems were big or impacted our stay, but the hotel should consider upgrading in the future to maintain their high standard.

The room is spacious but not very well maintained.  There were holes on the wall of the washroom where we could see the pipes.  The air conditioner was not very good.  We asked for an electric fan but not available.  Front desk was quite nice but they could only understand simple English.

Phía đông là Thành phố Khoa học (thị trấn mới và tòa nhà mới), các trung tâm mua sắm hiện đại và siêu thị. Phía bắc là nhà ga xe lửa và phố cổ. Phía nam là đường cao tốc V31 kết nối với sân bay và AP-7, tất cả đều rất thuận tiện. Phòng và vệ sinh ở mức trung bình. Những ngày nào sẽ có lũ lụt ở gần Valencia?

El recepcionista muy amable. Las habitaciones están muy bien, muy limpias con parquet y el baño muy acondicionado con secador potente.para mi gusto les falta una cafetería como tal. Pedí a la recepcionista para tomar un café y me dijo q me lo sacara de una máquina que tienen en recepción y vale 2€. Lo veo excesivo, pues no es un café de cafetera de bar como toca.

The location is near old town carmen. Got loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The hostel provides different activities each day. Like picnic, beach excursion, walking tour, salsa dance etc and there are free! Met some friends there. But the ladder to climb up the bed is poorly designed I can say.

Trước hết, đây là lần thứ hai tôi nghỉ tại khách sạn này và tôi đều đến thành phố này hàng năm. Tiện nghi: Cơ sở vật chất của khách sạn tương đối cũ và việc trang trí được thực hiện khá sớm. Nhưng căn phòng thì rộng hơn. Vệ sinh: Vệ sinh phòng ổn, khăn tắm không đủ mềm, cứng và cũ, nhưng tôi phải nói rằng có vấn đề với bữa sáng. Một số món ăn không ngon và hơi chua. Tôi đã ăn một món và nôn dữ dội, bị tiêu chảy và bị viêm dạ dày ruột cấp tính. Tôi đã uống thuốc kháng sinh hai lần trước khi khỏe lại. Tôi nôn mửa suốt ngày và bị tiêu chảy suốt ngày. Tôi thậm chí còn không dám đi ăn sáng vào ngày hôm sau. Chỉ vì lý do này, tôi sẽ không bao giờ ở lại khách sạn này nữa.

FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The room was clean but there was a lot of dust coming from the bedsheets and pillow cases or anything that had fabrics for which reason we had to keep the window open all the time. Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor. Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it. Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language. Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid.

CCoraimarmNos alojamos en el Hotel Huerto del Cura para celebrar nuestra noche de aniversario de boda y no podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor. Desde el primer momento la experiencia fue inmejorable: las instalaciones son espectaculares, la habitación estaba impecable y la relación calidad-precio nos sorprendió gratamente. Tuvieron además un precioso detalle por nuestro aniversario, algo que marcó la diferencia y nos hizo sentir realmente especiales. El buffet de desayuno merece una mención aparte: sin duda, el mejor que hemos probado en nuestra vida. La variedad, la calidad de los productos y el cuidado en la presentación lo convierten en una experiencia única para comenzar el día. Recomendamos este hotel al 100%, tanto para una escapada romántica como para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Un lugar lleno de encanto que sin duda repetiremos.

TTài khoản kháchOur room had bed bugs, room Service skipped our room 2 times. When they actually do room service. There was black hair everywhere. Other rooms had a phone we did not. I feel like got one of their worst rooms.. but i would go back just to see if we had a bad room. Cause the staff is nice and the hotel “feels” great and has a great location!

TTài khoản kháchBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.
