This hotel is amazing! The staff was very attentive, especially Eric Jin, the manager of the concierge department, who helped me solve my personal problems and other travel questions very well. He took the initiative to attack, which exceeded my expectations. I often fly and travel all over the world, and this manager stands out among the many people I have come into contact with over the years. He is definitely a pearl of Shenyang. This manager is definitely a valuable asset of a Swiss hotel. With his way of thinking and motivation, he will be very successful in the future. Very, very touching. We stayed at Novotel Dalian Zhongshan as a family, and chose it largely because it’s a newly opened hotel (2025). While the location felt slightly less central than we expected, it was hardly a drawback—taxi fares are very affordable, making it easy to get around. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a real advantage, especially for families. The room itself was immaculately clean, exceptionally spacious, and paired with a beautiful view, it made for a very comfortable stay. We were also genuinely pleased with the fruit and beverage service, which felt thoughtful and welcoming. One more highlight: the delivery robot was fascinating—no matter how many times we saw it, it still felt surprisingly cool and memorable! Overall, a modern, well-maintained hotel that we’d happily recommend to families seeking comfort and a touch of something new.

Very good, polite, friendly service. Rooms in one wing of the hotel are very spacious and more fresh than in another one. Decent breakfast. Convenient central location with the local food street right next to it and other sightseeing spots in a walking distance. Nice price to quality option. Definitely recommend.

Very nice and modern room. Very clean. However,the room was facing the busy street in front with a lot of traffic,and windows are not totally soundproof. Staff is friendly,some English spoken. Not too much around the hotel though,Luckin coffee shop right by. Not too far from both railway stations,Shenyang station and north station. Metro about 10 min walk away. Bus stop right outside with buses to the train station/metro and main central area.
