Tôi đến vào lúc 3 giờ sáng và không biết làm thế nào để đến khách sạn. Như thường lệ, việc liên lạc với xe đưa đón chỉ được thực hiện qua điện thoại, điều này khá bất tiện đối với công dân nước ngoài. May mắn thay, tôi đã bắt kịp những người khác cùng hướng. Nhân viên lễ tân có thể thân thiện hơn nhưng tôi hiểu đó là giờ giấc không thuận tiện. Tôi không biết cách nhận phiếu đặt phòng khách sạn và không được ai hỗ trợ. Phòng khách sạn thì tuyệt vời. Sạch sẽ, giường thoải mái và nước uống đầy đủ. Bồn tắm cũng là một điểm cộng! Thủ tục trả phòng dễ dàng.

Nice hotel to stay before taking your early flight. The hotel also provides free hotel to airport transfer. The location is good and there are many nice restaurants nearby. Service is great as well. My TV was not working and their boss attended to the issue personally as their technician is out. We got a room change with the help of the boss... Of course... The hotel is also near some nice attractions like the 灵山寺 and 海口天鹅湖动物基地。

We visited the homestay and it felt really homely. However, there are some shortcomings which i personally don’t feel very pleasant about. We reached there earlier than the supposedly check-in time as the flight was a redeye flight, we were told to wait. During waiting, we were told to fill up the visitor form but some of our phones can’t do the submission due to unreceived OTP. Also, this is a residential apartment so Taobao items are not kept at front desk. It’s delivered to nearby pickup point which can be across the street or at the edge of the area. Before entering the residential building, security guard will request for your details, once again. And every time you enter you have to get access from security. This is something that is very tedious, especially when the security swapped shift. The house, although homely, was very humid and stale. There was supposedly an aircon in the living room but was removed. Visiting in summer was a torment. Unit is electrical saving in the sense that you have to activate the button behind the main door everytime you open and close the door. If you dont, it will deactivate the electrical supply. With that said, you have to return to a extremely hot and humid unit every single day. Kitchen was dirty, unkept. Toilets have foul smell of drainage, sewer flies were observed as well. Common toilet right beside the main door appeared to be translucent, which got the user getting paranoid over the silhouette when showering, especially in the night. Housekeeping wasnt done for our 3 nights stay. We came back to untidy room and was told that cleaner had knocked off despite uncompleted jobs. When asked for essentials like toilet rolls and mineral water, it was the cleaner aunty who delivered, while taking her time and nagging at our request for delivery. We paid for extension because our return flight was late, but cleaner aunty came in even before our agreed time. Just so that she can knock off on time after cleaning the unit.

The hotel was spotless clean and comfortable. The room price included lunch, afternoon tea, and late night noodles. Kids loved it. The 19th floor on the roof was a cosy little spot. The pool wasn’t working during the time we stayed but seemed nice on the top floor. Only thing is when checking in it would have been nice if they had a sheet in english explaining the time and meal/package inclusions and whether children had to pay or could enter. Only found info on inclusions from my trip.com booking page.

All good. Shuttle to airport really helps. Getting from the airport to the hotel requires extra effort. Prepare Chinese name and address of the hotel in advance. The hotel is not on the maps as it is quite new.

I had a great time in Mango crystal hotel, Miss Luo helped us look for the local attractions, organised our travel route and booked uber for us, I strongly recommend this hotel, you will have a happy adventure in Haikou.

very convenient location with the coconut dream corridor just across the road. many food options and night markets nearby, there is a huge mall further down the road as well. balcony was facing a few construction sites hence the view is not complete and might be dusty although we kept the sliding door shut the whole time. sun was shining through in the morning so the room can be pretty warm. basic amenities is provided and there is a washing machine too. overall very pleased with the stay and would not mind staying here again. 😄
