As expected, it's suitable for the price. The location is good for what you need. My room, 2215, has a nice city view. Breakfast is good but always crowded. The air conditioning unit is noisy. Unless! I recommend it

I had a fantastic stay at Laghetto Stilo São Paulo. Everything was excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained, the location was convenient for both work and leisure, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!

Khách sạn có vị trí tốt, bữa sáng rất ngon cho khách sạn 3 sao, phòng có kích thước tốt nhưng khả năng cách âm bên ngoài không tốt lắm, có thể nghe thấy tiếng trò chuyện ở hành lang, vòi sen tuyệt vời nhưng phòng tắm không bịt nước từ vòi hoa sen, rồi phòng tắm ngập nước, dịch vụ lễ tân kém, họ cần được đào tạo khẩn cấp, dù sao, đánh giá của tôi là khách sạn này hợp lý đến tốt (xếp hạng từ 6 đến 7), tôi nghĩ giá trị đồng tiền là tốt vì Tôi được thăng chức

A localização é muito privilegiada, tendo a proximidade de uma estação do Metrô (Pedro II) e inserida na região central. A infraestrutura é muito boa. Acima da média. Contudo encontrei dois problemas críticos: há uma falha no isolamento acústico (muito barulho externo) e no dimensionamento do banheiro (box é minusculo).

The service was poor compared to other Novotels I stayed at and the amenities were quite poor. It was the first hotel that didn’t provide basic things like drinking water or tissues in the room, quite disappointing.

Great location for our stay in São Paulo, very close to the subway. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, however, the check-in method of having to re-type all the booking information manually made things quite slow on arrival, with only one person at the desk.
