Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí tuyệt vời, chỉ cách bãi biển vài phút đi bộ và có tuyến tàu điện ngầm n*** tầng dưới, rất thuận tiện cho mọi việc. Phòng tôi ở trên tầng 16, và tôi không thấy bất kỳ con gián nào như đã đề cập trong các bài đánh giá. Phòng rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi và khá sạch sẽ. Điều tôi phàn nàn duy nhất là bữa sáng được phục vụ theo kiểu gọi món, với giá niêm yết trên thực đơn. Giới hạn bữa sáng là 30 đô la một người, và bất kỳ khoản nào vượt quá sẽ được tính riêng. This is a hotel that up to standard - it may not be the best in the world but I believe it is one of the best in Cairns. The location is a bit far - it take a good 15 mins walk to likely everywhere in Cairns city center. However it is one of the newest hotel in the town and could give you a good and fair service. The buildings in the hote and the pool is beautiful. When you walk around the town you will find all big brands hotel in the world but they all looks like historical buildings.

The hotel is located in night in the middle of Broadbeach and Surfers. Quiet but close enough the the ‘hub’. Hotel is neat and clean but there are some signs of tiredness and age. Bathroom has a strange scent at night. Staff were Friendly but I called a number of times to both operator and house keeping but there was no pick up. Though I got what I needed from housekeeper ther next day. We were Kissing a towel.

Great hotel and location. Has everything you need within walking distance. Restaurants bars and casino just downstairs. Pool was lovely. More restaurants and Pac Fair mall just across the street. 5 min walk to the beach. We even walked to Draculas Cabaret for some evening entertainment one night. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean. Would stay here again. The only down side was having to pay extra for parking. It’s $20 a day.

Excellent location. Room was spacious. A pillow case had mildew stains on. I’m not sure how a tall person would be able to shower in the bathtub.🤔. I guess food warming would have been provided for if we contacted room service. All in all we loved it. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff there also. Thank you Mercure on George!

Nested in a nice location in between the botanical garden and city centre. Food variety and replenish rate can be better at the lounge area during peak periods over the weekends. Can ask for hot chocolate and omelette which area not on display (nice touch) Water pressure for the showers can be higher. Besides that, everything else is great!

Very comfortable night sleep, room was clean staff were helpful. Please note the lift is currently under construction so you may need to use the stairs, the stairs are not suitable for children as they have horizontal rails with large gaps. The restraunts buffet looked like it had a decent selection but we did not have it as it was $16each our two and three year olds.
