The space was quite nice and modern. It was clean and comfortable. There was even a nice long couch in the room.

Hi, My family booked a one-night stay for 10 guests (two rooms for 4 pax each and one room for 2 pax) as a stopover before catching a flight home the next day. We drove in from Innsbruck and chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and practical stay for a family. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. At the very least, we expected basic hotel amenities such as a kettle, coffee, and tea in the room. These are standard provisions in most hotels, especially for families and short transit stays. None were provided. The hotel felt less like a normal hotel and more like a bare, minimalist space with nothing to comfortably unwind or settle into after a long drive. The so-called welcome drinks were limited to cold beverages only, with no option for even a simple hot coffee, which was particularly disappointing after travel, during winter! Overall, my family was genuinely disappointed. Given the size of our booking, the price of the hotel and the purpose of our stay, we expected a more welcoming and functional environment. Reception was not welcoming as well. Only the room is a good size. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review how expectations are being set for guests booking family stays. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the room is very clean. The hotel could provide more bathroom eminities. There is also a big problem to use the TV since most of the user guide are in German. The biggest drawback was the check-in counter service. The queue was very long and there were only 2 counter available that also serve as a switchboard operator. The check-in time took unbelievably between 20-30 minutes per guest.

Great hotel located just 5 to 8 mins walk from the train station. Its also another 5 mins walk from the hotel to The main square and shopping streets. Stayed a number of nights during the past few weeks and all rooms have been spotlessly clean and come equipped with a really large shower area. If your planning to stay during spring / summer try to book room 318. Its an extra large corner room which comes complete with a lovely balcony chairs....ideal for sharing that chilled bottle of chardonnay! An amazing stay! My recent stay at the Best Western Hotel Tulln was fantastic. The hotel is super clean and modern, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was really comfortable and quiet, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The location is a huge plus—it's just a short walk from the town center and the beautiful Danube. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. I highly recommend this hotel; I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Tulln!

Pleasant hotel with fair spread of buffet breakfast. We reached an hour early and staff was able to have room prepared. Check in was a breeze. Only setback is room is not airconditioned and fan wasnt provided unless reqeuested. One way Shuttle service to airport costs 5 euro.
