Villa yang cukup nyaman, seperti rumah keluarga. Pelayanan yang baik & ramah, kebersihan yang baik, peralatan masak yang lengkap, lokasi yang jauh dari keramaian, halaman yang luas, dan pemandangan yang luar biasa indah.
Untuk kekurangannya, rumah sudah cukup tua, sehingga kayu2 banyak yang dimakan oleh rayap, banyak telur-telur rayap berjatuhan. Ada anak kucing di lantai atas, mengeong keras saat malam. Selain itu, jalanan yang rusak dan menanjak untuk menuju kesana.

It was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

WWalk n SeeWe recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway.
Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills.
The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups:
• 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids.
• Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone.
• 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed.
Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds.
One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C).
The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views.
Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space.
The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all.
The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions.
If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate.
We’ll definitely be back!

SSuzanna MokaluVilla 3BR tại Ciater Highland Resort này đã thấy những ngày thịnh vượng và cần được bảo trì một số tiền mặt, villa có lò sưởi nấu gỗ nội thất không sử dụng! Tôi không nghĩ rằng kiến trúc là gì ... dễ thương quá! Nhưng không quan trọng nơi Indonesia thời tiết lạnh lắm, tôi chưa bao giờ nghĩ chúng tôi sẽ cần lò sưởi nấu gỗ trong nhà.. hahaha. Tất cả nội thất và nội thất đều chất lượng tốt cũ và yên bình, cảm giác như ở nhà ... và ngoài ra các sân sau rộng rãi, phòng được duy trì tốt với các tiện nghi cơ bản được cung cấp, biệt thự sạch sẽ lung linh và bế Rất thú vị.
Vui lòng mang theo đồ ăn cho dù muốn tự nấu ăn trong bếp hoặc chuẩn bị các bữa ăn vì Grab/Gofood rất khó đến khu vực (Tàu trà với những ngọn đồi nắng của Ciater, Subang).
Bản thân Villa rất gần cổng An ninh Ciater Highland Resort nên cảm giác đẹp và an toàn ngay cả CHR có vẻ như một khu biệt thự bị hoang sơ.
Cách suối nước nóng Ciater 8 phút và khoảng 30 phút từ Động Tangkuban Perahu.
Tôi muốn nói đây là một cổng hoàn hảo ở khu Ciater.. chỉ cần đừng mong đợi giao thông công cộng nào đến suối nước nóng và núi lửa ...

It is located beside pesantren and mosque. You can hear the people recites alquran and also azan. I booked 2 rooms here next to each other facing the pool/garden.
I believe that Dago Heuvel has been there since many many years. The properties is pretty from the outisde, but inside. It was a bit disappointed. Understand that the price we paid was low and it came with breakfast. But I di believe that the properties need to have good maintenance inside the room especially the toilet. The water pressure at the toilet and bidet, oh my god it was very low pressure. We experienced a hard time to flush the toilet, we thought that it was broken. We tried and tried, hustle to get all the poops goes in. Please fix the flush and do maintenance at both of the toilets. We dont care if there is a bit dirty on the duvet, comforter or shower and also crack at most of the walks. But no excuse on the toilet. You have such a beautiful view overlooking Intercontinental hotel and etc, please improve on the toilet ya. The breakfast is Ok. Bed is comfortable but pillow was very thin but no problem on that. Ok that’s all Thanks

RRubirubiOverall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking.
There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees.
The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

AAries JonathanPlease just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.
overall okay.
