Khách sạn Citadines Xinghai tọa lạc tại vị trí thuận tiện ở khu thương mại trung tâm Tô Châu, n*** phía tây Hồ Kim Kê. Thời gian lưu trú của chúng tôi khá ngắn vì chúng tôi đến bằng chuyến bay buổi tối và chỉ ở lại một đêm. Chúng tôi có một phòng Studio Suite nhỏ, rất phù hợp cho kỳ nghỉ ngắn ngày. Nếu ở lại lâu hơn, tôi khuyên bạn nên nâng cấp lên phòng Suite có phòng ngủ. Từ phòng, bạn có thể ngắm nhìn toàn cảnh các tòa nhà cao tầng gần đó. Khách sạn có lẽ đã hơi cũ, nhưng vẫn rất thoải mái và có vị trí tuyệt vời. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện và hiếu khách. Bữa sáng cũng rất ngon. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Usuites, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend my stay! One of the highlights of my time at Hotel Usuites was the stunning view. From my room, I was greeted with breathtaking vistas that spanned the city skyline and beyond. It was truly a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly drawn to the window to take in the mesmerizing scenery. Not only did the view enhance my stay, but the overall ambiance and atmosphere of Hotel Usuites were second to none. The hotel boasted a contemporary and sleek design that exuded luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and it made for an incredibly inviting and comfortable environment. The staff at Hotel Usuites were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted and made to feel like a valued guest. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their dedication to exceptional service truly stood out. The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so. All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. This was our first time in Suzhou and we had heard a lot about Somerset through reviews and knew we would have a great time here. Our room was upgraded, but there was an initial challenge around an additional bed, which they got it resolved in some time. The front desk is helpful and speaks and understands some English. We found Adrianna, another colleague of hers and Kenneth very efficient and helpful with our requests. Coco, was very helpful at the restaurant guiding us through where to find vegetarian options during our breakfast. Rooms have the amenities you would need when you come with a family. You can't go wrong with this one! Overall, the kids enjoyed the stay and the location is decent.

We enjoyed our stay here at Somerset Baitang! We’ve stayed in other Somerset branches before, and this is up there as one of the better ones. They cleaned our room nicely when they did, even washing the dishes we used the day prior. The amenities were well maintained, and the location is pretty nice (there’s a lovely park just behind the hotel, it’s walking distance from the metro station and about a 10 minute car ride to Jinji Lake). Special props to Penny and Wendy for taking care of us all throughout our stay! Will book here again next time we come back for a visit. 😃

Khách sạn tuyệt vời! Tôi đặt phòng hơi muộn nên gói nghỉ dưỡng hai đêm đã hết; năm nay kinh doanh phát đạt quá! Khách sạn vẫn tiện nghi như mọi khi. Tôi đặt phòng 3 phòng ngủ, rất tuyệt. Mặc dù diện tích tương đương với phòng 2 phòng ngủ trước đây, nhưng thêm một giường phụ khiến nó thoải mái hơn nhiều! Chắc chắn lần sau tôi sẽ chọn khách sạn này!

We spent our weekend in Nanjing for a musical show at Nanjing Poly Theatre and Tianshiju Executive Apartment is a perfect location for us as it's right next to the theatre. The apartments are actually occupying the top floors of the International Youth Convention Hotel where the guests can share the hotel facilities. We were staying in the 2-bedroom apartment with big rooms and living areas, which is well-furnished, well-maintained and the air inside the room is fresh with no bad smell. More important, the front desk staffs are all very friendly and helpful especially Miss Anna Hu who is super patient and efficient. Also, surprising us is the free afternoon tea from 3pm to 7pm daily in the dining area which is not big but quiet. Thus, it would be perfect for those who would like to sit down for a quiet drink and snacks with friends. We had an enjoyable stay in Tianshiju and would definitiely visit again in our next Nanjing trip!!
