front desk crew need improve PR services. we asking can we cashless payment for the deposit, we do not have cash at that time. the way she answered for the deposit make us feels annoyed.she told us to pay as fast as we can. mcm la kita nak larii😂 dah bayarrr kot nk tdo situ. we came there at night n tired ok. she ok je klu nk explain elok2.

First stay at this new hotel in Ipoh and we are pleasantly surprised by the comfort. Location is walking distance to downtown for lots of great food and souvenir shopping. The bed in the room is great for a goodnight sleep. For hotel of this class we didn’t expect much amenities but surprised that most things are provided for comfort of guest. Even bathrobe! The areas for improvement are: 1. Water leakage from the shower made the toilet floor constantly wet. Design default that I hope can be rectified. 2. Checkout reception was so strict with sop. Late check out. No. Umbrella. No. Everything is a no, don’t think they are properly trained in hospitality management. Management order over guest satisfaction is how they operate. No help with luggage with the guard standing to look on. Not very nice welcome. 3. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room. Had to call at 4pm for cleaning to be done. Reception accused us for putting on the no disturb sign. No apology just mere mention that they will contact housekeeping when we insisted that we switched “please clean room” sign since morning. We met the cleaner who was much nicer than the reception staff. For a no frill stay, this hotel is nice and quiet but some may not like the fact that it’s beside funeral parlour.

we were greet with smile although it was 10pm. the hotel is very clean and have a spacious family room. the location is very convenient if you want to stay near to lost world tambun. plenty of parking space and nearby eateries. we will come back again

Ở trong khách sạn này nhiều lần. Vị trí tuyệt vời với nhiều quán ăn và cửa hàng tiện lợi trong khoảng cách đi bộ. Ngoài ra còn có một khu ẩm thực lớn và chợ đối diện. Kích thước phòng hợp lý và giường cực kỳ thoải mái. Có nhân viên bảo vệ ở lối vào vào ban đêm. Nhân viên thân thiện và hữu ích để làm cho kỳ nghỉ của tôi thậm chí còn tốt hơn.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommended!

Everything was good but except one thing. My suggetion is please maintain your toilets and bathroom. I took a tripplee delux room but bidet shower ( toilet hand shower/ sprayer) was missing which is really a essential things. Im okay with rooms but that was a real disappointing thing. Please maintain your bathroom and toilets.

Cleanliness was okay. But the toilet had a urine smell. The water wasn’t hot, the water pressure was slow. The room wasn’t soundproof, you could hear people talking and walking up the stairs.

Hostel nằm ở trung tâm các điểm du lịch. Các quán ăn nổi tiếng như Tuck Kee, Lou Wong đều có thể đi bộ. Vị trí tuyệt vời với một mức giá phải chăng! Chưa kể, Suky rất hữu ích và chu đáo, cô ấy đã gọi đến tôi trước khi chi tiết nhận phòng trước khi tôi có thể hỏi cô ấy gì. Bên dưới duy nhất của hostel có lẽ là tiếng ồn đường phố. Dù sao thì nó không thực sự làm tôi phiền nhưng những ai cần sự yên tĩnh hoàn hảo để ngủ có thể cần nút tai. Nhìn chung, tôi hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại lần nữa nếu tôi tình cờ ghé thăm Ipoh!

Me and my cousin had a pleasant stay here. The receptionist is very friendly and kind, she recommended us the famous local food (hainan chicken rice) and addressed any of our questions. Though the hotel and room interior is a bit old, but it’s clean & the bathroom is spacious, i think they just renovated it. The hotel is strategic and walking distance to Gerbang Malam.
