Vị trí tuyệt vời của khách sạn. Gần đó là các trung tâm mua sắm, khu ẩm thực buổi tối và Bãi biển Chenang. Các phòng đều có máy lạnh, tủ lạnh nhỏ và ấm đun nước. Mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Phòng của chúng tôi không có tủ quần áo và có một cửa sổ nhỏ nhìn ra sân sau. Mọi thứ đều phù hợp với chúng tôi. Căn phòng yên tĩnh. Không có tiếng ồn từ đường phố chính.

Overall my stay at Sandy Beach Resort was really good. The place was clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, and there’s even a restaurant right behind the resort. I also liked that there were plenty of activities going on. Just one small suggestion: the TV channels in the room weren’t working properly. Maybe it would be better to upgrade to a smart TV or add an Android stick, since most people now prefer streaming instead of watching local channels.

Tiện nghi của khách sạn này tệ. Bàn là được cung cấp đã hỏng rồi. Thêm vào đó, khách sạn bẩn và không làm hài lòng. Nhân viên không thân thiện. Tôi yêu cầu máy sấy tóc, nhưng cô ấy bảo đợi sau khi khách khác sử dụng. Nhưng thật đáng buồn, máy sấy tóc cũng hỏng. Tương tự với túi nhựa, cô ấy nói nhân viên khác sẽ gửi đến phòng tôi, nhưng tôi đợi đến ngày hôm kia nhưng không ai gửi cho tôi. Đồ ăn ngon.

This was my 2nd time saying here. The best part of this hotel is the location where its really next Dataran Chenang (just cross the road), and many restaurant around. Chenang Mall is just next to the hotel only. The room might not so luxury, but the basics are perfect. Clean blanket, good matttress are enough compare to the price. Can stayy here again! And tq for the management for upgrading me to Suite. Nice room!

Check-in process was smooth, with RM50 deposit required. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, though the number of parking spaces is limited. The room was okay for two people but not very spacious. Amenities were very basic — towels, toothbrush, face towel, and facial tissue were not initially provided. I dont know but the towel was not prepared at check-in. After calling the receptionist, I was informed it would be ready at 4pm, but no towel was delivered even after that time. I had to call again, and only then was it sent immediately. But, its a plus point, that the location is very strategic. The hotel is within walking distance to a mall and nearby convenience marts, which is very convenient.

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 3. The room was well equip with water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging. I was very happy to be given a late check-out after my small request.

NO WIFI & PHONE SIGNAL Customer Service, Great I felt it was good, they gave me the wifi password of the lobby upon arrival. The room itself was quite basic but functional, equipped with two beds, a small fridge, and a private toilet. While it had the essentials, the overall condition could have been better particularly the fridge, which was not very clean upon arrival. One of the main downsides was the complete lack of phone signal and Wi-Fi within the room. This made it difficult to stay connected, make calls, or even use online services. The television provided also wasn’t much use, as it required Wi-Fi to function. I had to manually set it up myself, only to find that there were no available channels to watch. Because of the poor connectivity, I had to go down to the lobby for about an hour every day just to make calls and download Netflix movies so I could watch them offline later. It became quite inconvenient, especially for longer stays or for those who rely on internet access. On the positive side, the accommodation did offer washing machines and dryers onsite, which were both affordable and easy to use. The washing machine cost RM 6 per load and the dryer RM 5, making laundry quite convenient compared to most places. Overall, while the room provided the bare necessities, the lack of cleanliness and poor connectivity made the stay less comfortable than expected.
