Arch Studio Cenang

The hotel is cute and nice but sadly it's manage by a poor reception team. One of them is so clueless everytime we ask question and another one is "don't give a ****" attitude when handling situation. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. On the day we check in, we were informed that one of the room has AC issue and we need to check in to another room and we switch room on 2nd day. Without much question, we say it's fine. However, in the midnight, the AC of the replacement room offered broke down and blowing hot air. We go to reception but the guy can't understand English well and finally he got us another room during the night. On 2nd day, we packed our luggage and handed the key to reception before we went out so that they can move our luggage into the original room. When we come back around 1.30pm the room is not ready and we were told that it won't take long but not sure when it will be ready. The is the point that got into our nerves because we try to be understanding and didn't make a big fuss despite several incident happened within the 24hours. The reception who came to us doesn't seems sorry to what happened and told us they would not do anything because we agreed to switch the room on 2nd day. Despite all these inconvenience, they still failed to make sure the 3rd room we receive is properly prepared. When we check in to the 3rd room, no toilet paper inside. =_= Breakfast small portion whereby you can only order 1 item. If u order the pancake, u can't have the toast. So we end up getting additional breakfast from the cafe nearby. I doubt the source of the reviews saying the breakfast is great. It's pity that this nice place is manage by wrong people which make it none sustainable.

Very friendly staff, reasonable for the price.. literally no need car or bike to travel over the pantai cenang. All walking distance. Underwater world , pantai cenang, duty free and night cenang markets are walking distance.

Aesthetic look. Modern contemporary design. Walking distance to food attractions and beach. Pool just nice for small family. Will try other room types next time

The rooms were spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere

Had an incredible stay here! From the moment I walked in, they immediately welcomed me in with almost a family-like attitude and were incredibly sweet. They shared local recommendations, even accompanying me for some, gave me free breakfast and when I said I wasn’t feeling great one day, they surprised me with some treats to my room! Aside from their amazing service, the rooms were clean, the hotel was so cute, and the pool was nice and calming. Loved everything about my stay there and I miss it already! Shoutout to Dila and her colleague for everything!

I loved the place cozy environment and the small details inside the room you can hear people talking next door, also you cannot watch netflix due to more people are using the account

Booked studio room for 2 nights and size is good. Overall ok but there was power cut on 2nd night. Whole family relied on our selfish stick led light to shower and packing to leave for next day. Fortunately issue was fixed, else no aircon for our rest.

The location was good , but the room was not clean at all , mold & spider web in the bathroom, not aligned with the online photos they present. Not recommended

Arch Studio Cenang impresses with its stylish industrial design and friendly staff, but there is still room for improvement. The dim lighting in room and bathroom should be addressed for better efficiency. It was dimly lit that my husband couldn’t even shave in front of the mirror. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough in clearing out garbage and also replenishing the shampoo etc. While the hotel offers convenient parking, the parking area was littered with garbage all over. With some adjustments, it has the potential to offer an even better guest experience. Additionally, it would be beneficial for Arch Studio Cenang to consider adding a set of chairs and a table in the rooms. This addition would provide guests with a comfortable space for work, dining, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee, enhancing the overall functionality and comfort of the rooms.
