I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive and kind throughout my visit. The overall atmosphere gave off a wonderfully authentic Japanese vibe, which made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was the delicious traditional Japanese breakfast — beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What impressed me most was how the hotel made me feel so comfortable and welcome, almost like I was staying at a relative’s home in Japan. It’s a place I would wholeheartedly recommend, and I would love to return again in the future.

The hotel staff super friendly. Especially, Mr Matsumoto San provide extra mile service to become our snow trekking lead to experience the snow hiking near the hotel. Snowshoe and equipment all provided by the hotel. There also have onsen bath. Really a great experience to those want to play with snow. The dinner and breakfast also very good. Strongly recommended to stay at this hotel.

Nice place with free parking. Very nice and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast are nice with full of Japanese culture. Very comfortable hot spring. Honestly, it’s a bit old but they keep it very clean and nice. Really happy to be here.

Mặc dù vị trí hơi xa ga Toyama JR, nhưng không khó để tìm và có thể đi bộ từ ga. Cô nhân viên lễ tân rất tốt bụng. Cô ấy nhắc nhở chúng tôi về người Nhật thực sự như thế nào. 部屋に入るとカメムシ臭く、窓と障子の間に大量にカメムシが死んでいた。よくあることです、と死骸は淡々と掃除してもらったが、部屋の掃除を事前にしていなかったのかなと疑問だった。 一言謝ってくれたり、チェックインの際にカメムシがいることを伝えてくれればよかったのにと思った。 それ以外はお風呂、食事など含めとても良かった。 ごはんは品数が豊富で地のものが多く、サービスも感じが良かった。どれもおいしかった。 お風呂は人生で一番良かった。お風呂上がりのベタつき感が一切なく、寝るとき暑くて汗が止まらないほど温まった。 虫が湧かない時期に訪れるのがおすすめです。

Nếu bạn rời khách sạn, xin lưu ý: Nếu bạn gửi hành lý và muốn lấy lại, nhân viên không có mặt vào buổi trưa. Họ nói rằng bạn chỉ có thể lấy lại hành lý sau 14 giờ.

Nice Japanese breakfast. Strategic location to get around Gokayama and Shirakawa. In front of the hotel is the biggest Gassho style house in Japan that has a long history of being owned by samurais and where the emporia family had visited many times and is considered a cultural heritage of Japan.. I would go back to this hotel because of its location.

First time trying glamping and totally new accommodation! This resort is by the beach and includes sumptuous bbq dinner! Good for 4 people with individual bed in room with all amenities except tv which is totally fine. It also has onsen tickets to nearby hot spring which is great!! Highly recommend when in Toyama if you drive! Very good service and friendliness by host! 👍👍
