The staff was extremely friendly. It was a raining day. In case to get wet, he told me to park at their hall way and take the luggage in. I can either leave the car key to the front desk or park the car in the parking lot. It's so sweet of the staff. I do love their service so far. Later on, when I got into the room, I found out that I booked a smoking room, the wrong room type of what I needed. I am allergic to the smoking room. I asked the staff to help out. He went to the manager and my room was swapped to ”301”. So Awesome!! I was upgraded to a huge family room with 2 big beds and a big long sofa. I believe that was their last non-smoking room since that was a Saturday night. Thank you so so much. I do appreciate that. The hotel is across from the JP station. It is so convenient to get almost everything. What a wonderful experience to stay at Uwajima Terminal Hotel!! Thanks a million!!

Hotel is in a great spot for doing Shimanami Kado cycling route. Breakfast has a good selection. Room size is reasonably ok for Japan hotels. Room is able to store bike if needed

Tôi hài lòng vì có thể ở trong phòng đôi với giá dưới 5.000 yên mỗi người, bao gồm bữa sáng, rất hợp lý. Ngoài ra, tôi muốn ở tại một khách sạn có thể làm tôi hài lòng.

Very impressive arranegment and hospitality. I had a cycling accident in Seto inland sea and requested a delay checkin. The hotel texted me to offer assistance. Upon knowing my injury, the hotel upgraded me to a big private room for which i did not have to walk upstairs to my room and there was a private bath room inside. When i arrived at late night, all food were well prepared on table whilst fresh sushi were stored in the fridge. The hotel is a traditional Japanese hostel with warm hospitality and nice massage facilities. Surely will pick it when travel there again.

Một khách sạn kinh doanh hoàn hảo! Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, nhỏ gọn nhưng rất tiện nghi. Phòng tắm sạch bong kin kít và sáng bóng. Cá nhân tôi rất thích quán cà phê thư viện ở sảnh — một không gian ấm cúng dành cho khách lưu trú n*** cả trước khi nhận phòng và sau khi trả phòng. Quán có đồ uống miễn phí, Wi-Fi và ổ cắm điện. Bữa sáng tuy ít món nhưng món nào cũng ngon.

Đây là nơi có giá trị tốt. Có sẵn tiện nghi nấu ăn và là nơi yên tĩnh. Phương pháp nhận phòng hơi khó hiểu, nhưng nếu bạn có ý thức chung, bạn có thể làm theo hướng dẫn khi đến nơi.

We wanted to experience Dogo Onsen and this was a great choice (albeit expensive because it was a holiday weekend). The hotel is lovely and the service is beyond excellent. The staff was super kind as we are English speakers. Plus, we really enjoyed the hotels onsens better than the ones in town (the Dogo Onsen is being renovated and only one room was open for each gender; the same was the case with the Annex). The hotels onsens were lovely and the private outdoor onsen was a really lovely experience. We also took advantage of their convenient bus service into town although it’s only a 10 minute walk and we walked multiple times. Highly recommend!

My stay there with my dog was rather pleasant. There was a beach in front of it, not so wide but still you could walk down and play with your pet no problem. Staffs were very kind and helped with all the inquiries. Just hope they have their own playground for pet with a fence somewhere in the hotel property. That would make this hotel top notch. Also there were no shuttles to Dogo onsen or Gongen onsen. That issue should be handled and resolved. I has stayed there for 10 days and wow! It was great!
