In die Jahre gekommenes, grundsätzlich schönes Hotel. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es. Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios. Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen. Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

Ở khá đẹp, nhà vệ sinh và nước nóng cũng hoạt động tốt. wifi nhanh và quá trình kiểm tra nhanh. Tôi cũng thích rằng họ có spa mát-xa bên trong khách sạn với giá cả phải chăng nhưng với tư cách là một người Malaysia, tôi có thể nói rằng nó khá rẻ khi họ tặng bạn một phiếu giảm giá. Nếu bạn không thực sự muốn ra ngoài, bạn có thể gọi đồ ăn phục vụ tại phòng với khẩu phần cũng khá lớn (đối với tôi) và món tempe goreng với sốt sambal rất ngon. Phía trước khách sạn có một số dịch vụ taxi tư nhân (xe suv) với nhiều mức giá như 1 triệu IDR đến Parapat (hồ toba) & 700 nghìn IDR đến siantar. Chỉ trong trường hợp bạn có kế hoạch vào phút cuối để đến danau toba và không đặt trước bất kỳ supir nào Điều duy nhất tôi ước họ thay đổi là khăn tắm. Hãy đổi nó sang cái mới mềm mại hơn. tất cả các sợi chỉ tuột ra khỏi khăn.

Positives: I had stayed for three nights and I had come back to the hotel at different timings and on foot and in a vehicle. Bravo to the security who are always on alert and there a couple of them. The hotel offers very attractive prices. The service staff is excellent on the couple of times I had made enquires. Housekeeping is excellent. Even my clothes are nearly folded and tucked away. Do remember to tip them. Space is big. The luggage support is very useful. Cons Maybe it is time to renovate the toilets

Pariban hotel was a very nice place to stay near Berastagi. The surrounding area is beautiful at the base of Mt Sibayak. There are numerous hot springs nearby but Pariban also has a private hot spring pool for guests which is great. The amenities were okay, however we had to ask for a bathmat and toilet paper. Also the toilet cistern was leaking. Overall, we would definitely stay here again however just be aware it is quite a way from the town of Berastagi and not ideal if you are wanting to do a sunrise hike of Mt Sibayak. It's important to know that since it is quite far from Berastagi itself, if you book a private driver you may be charged extra to get here.
