The hotel is located with close proximity to various food options, as the lobby is under renovation there is a temporary area in the meeting rooms for now, appreciated the welcome snacks and drinks available.

Clean enough for a budget hotel that surrounded by famous and delicious foods. Tiles floor may be noisy when your neighboor bed's moved. Breakfast is good for the price. Additional breakfast is at rp 75000. Not much scenery from window.

the stay quite nice, washroom and hot water also work properly. fast wifi, and fast check in process. also love that they have massage spa inside the hotel with affordable price but as a malaysian , i would say, its quite cheap when they give you a discount voucher. if you dont really want to go out, you can order the room service food which also quite big in portion (for me) and the tempe goreng with the sambal sauce was so nice. In front of the hotel , got several private taxi service (suv car) with a range of price like 1 million IDR to Parapat(lake toba) & 700 thousand IDR to siantar.Just in case you had last minute plan to go to danau toba and didnt book any supir in advance
The only thing that i wish they change is the bath towel. Please change it to the new and softer one. all the thread is coming out from the towel.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by your hotel's front office staff during my recent stay. As a regular guest, I had high expectations for the level of service, but unfortunately, I was met with unfriendly and unprofessional behavior from the female receptionist.
Despite being a loyal guest, I was dismayed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by the receptionist, who proved to be very frustrating. Her unhelpful responses and defensive attitude only exacerbated my frustration.
As a result of this experience, I have decided not to stay at your hotel again. It is imperative that your team undergoes additional training to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy.

The hotel is located conveniently next to an IndoMart. The rooms are nice with a window looking down on the reception area below. The beds are a little hard. Aircon and hot water works well. There is a full sized fridge but freezer does not work. The breakfast buffet has quite a bit of variety with hot station. I recommend booking the in-hotel massage service.

Experienced everything spoiled in the room n when requested to change room the lady manager like not happy eventhough at the end they still hv to change my room

Pros- Good location( alfamart next door, close to jiwar seafood), spacious room, clean, hair dryer, comfortable bed
Cons- window toward building courtyard and corridors, lobby is under construction and breakfast was ok
