Mi experiencia con la reserva de este hotel ha sido horrible,puesto que reserve un tipo de habitación estándar y al llegar a recepción del hotel ,me asignaron la habitación de la sección economica que se encuentra a dos calles de las instalaciones del hotel starfish cuatro palmas ,son como unos alojamientos a parte del hotel principal ,decepcionante ,en el hotel en Cuba me dicen que en trip.com donde hice la reserva ,no son muy explícitos a la hora de hacer la reserva ,no te dan todos los detalles ,la puerta de la habitación que conlleva al balcón ,tenía problemas al cerrar ,nos teníamos que desplazar casi dos calles para ir al hotel ,donde estaba los restaurant ,piscina y demás servicios ,horrible la experiencia

房間和床單都還比較乾淨，但是枕頭一股黴味，酒店已經盡力把最好的給遊客了。沒有停電，吃的東西冷盤很多，因為我感覺不太乾淨所以沒有什麼可吃，每天會有豬肉和雞肉供應，沙灘非常非常漂亮舒適，工作人員也非常熱心，有免費網絡，網速的話，辦公也夠用了。

這家酒店很不錯，設施齊全，菜品豐富，服務也很好就是蒼蠅和巴拉德羅的其他酒店一樣多。

Bring US $1 bills to tip! Just got back from amazing one week at Kawama. After initial slight shock of how run down all resorts seemed to be (learned during our trip that after Covid the government took over most resorts, so general upkeep is minimal), we were very pleased even with our low cost room. AC was set to 17C so rooms were cold compared to 23C night and 30C day heat outdoors. Beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in! Food was very tasty although the same menu somewhat repeated itself daily (I heard this is the case at most resorts). Breakfast served until 10, lunch 12:30-2:30 and dinner 6:30-9pm, and a small snack at 11pm by the beach. Booking the a’la-carte was not successful. But we found a pizza place (Sangria’s) nearby to celebrate a birthday and would highly recommend that too. Beach was beautiful as was the pool. Lots of chairs and umbrellas/ shade available. Pool bar and restaurant had amazing staff. Cleaning staff was also great and kept our room inviting. Entertainment staff were also great. Front desk had various people so harder to make connections and get good service. Toilet paper was limited (if existed) in the poolside bathrooms, but the ones by the lobby and the restaurant had usually some. I wish I had realized to bring more of our travel cash in $1.00 US bills. Credit cards aren’t used much even in restaurants in town but Canadian is accepted almost everywhere - change harder to get so expect to pay what bills you have. At the resort leaving $1 tip for services makes their day, but they only recognize CAD bills (even banks don’t take coins). So either bring USD for that or leave $5 CAD. We brought individually wrapped candies to hand out and they were very well received. The resort only had about half of it in use. The rooms in the far side and the pool there as well were closed. But the main pool and the smaller pool with a slide were both open as were the rooms on Varadero end of the resort. Evening entertainment was great as were the variety of activities offered throughout the day. Definitely going back next time in Cuba.

Lựa chọn bữa sáng vẫn ổn, phòng sạch sẽ và có máy điều hòa hoạt động, nhưng... nằm giữa 3 câu lạc bộ đêm/vũ trường. điều đó có nghĩa là âm nhạc lớn mỗi ngày từ 9 giờ tối đến 4 giờ sáng. N*** cả những người yêu thích câu lạc bộ mạnh mẽ nhất cũng cảm thấy mệt mỏi. bữa sáng và nhận phòng đã diễn ra ở khách sạn khác. nói chung, tôi không khuyên bạn nên.
