My husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

Nhà bếp chung được trang bị đầy đủ, giúp bạn dễ dàng tự nấu ăn—hoàn hảo cho những người đi du lịch dài ngày hoặc những người có ngân sách hạn chế. Không khí & Cuộc sống xã hội Nhà nghỉ có bầu không khí rất thân thiện và chào đón. Khách đến từ khắp nơi trên thế giới, và bầu không khí xã hội giúp bạn dễ dàng kết bạn mới. Phòng khách chung rộng rãi và là nơi tuyệt vời để thư giãn, làm việc hoặc trò chuyện với những du khách khác. Nhân viên Nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện và hữu ích. Thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng, và họ đã cung cấp cho tôi những lời khuyên tuyệt vời về phương tiện giao thông, tham quan và các lựa chọn ăn uống xung quanh Toronto.

Đây là lần đầu tiên chúng tôi ở Americana và chúng tôi rất hài lòng về trải nghiệm. Chúng tôi lái xe từ bắc Ontario 3 tiếng và nó rất đáng giá! Chúng tôi đi cùng gia đình khác vào dịp Tết Nguyên Đán và các con chúng tôi đã có một khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời như vậ Chúng tôi đặt dịch vụ phòng, đi công viên nước vài lần, chơi trong khu vực arcade và các con chúng tôi đã rất vui. Chúng tôi đang lên kế hoạch vào năm sau!

Kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại thác nước! Tòa nhà hơi cũ và không khí không thực sự trong lành, nhân viên thân thiện.

Great hotel, location amazing. Was not impressed with the morning wake up of the jack hammer from the renos on the first floor when I'm on the upper level.

Ban đầu chúng tôi đặt phòng tại Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls nhưng do phải bảo trì phòng nên họ đã vui lòng sắp xếp chỗ ở thay thế cho chúng tôi và nó đã vượt quá mọi mong đợi! Chúng tôi được cấp một phòng tại khách sạn Hilton với giường đôi cỡ lớn, tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp ra cả hai phía của Hoa Kỳ và Canada của Thác Niagara, và thậm chí còn có cả bồn tắm nước nóng thư giãn, nơi hoàn hảo để thư giãn vào cuối ngày. Vị trí của Hilton rất tuyệt, phòng siêu rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện và luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ. Xin chân thành cảm ơn Oakes đã nhanh chóng đảm bảo một lựa chọn khác cho chúng tôi và cảm ơn Hilton đã cung cấp dịch vụ hàng đầu trong suốt thời gian chúng tôi lưu trú!

When it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning. The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later. While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit. Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room. Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.
