Nhà tắm công cộng cũng rất thoải mái. Vị trí gần nhà ga, vì vậy đây là một nơi tốt để thưởng thức Koedo Kawagoe. . Các cửa hàng tiện lợi và mua sắm đều ở gần đó nên sẽ thuận tiện trong thời gian lưu trú của bạn.

Booked this place for a night, and was pleasantly surprise with the facilities and the hospitality given to us from the moment we checked in till when we left. I love how even just a stay at this place, really made me feel relaxed and somewhat detox from its onsen bath to the breakfast they provided us. We were also given a choice to select 'pillows' each night we were to stay here; and extra amenities for onsen soak as well. On the night of our stay, we were also offered the 'welcome bar'; where we could mix & choose the selections of the alcohol they had set out (but only for a cup). However, the only downside was that there wasn't much to offer when we went there as i think the previous guests had poured most of the alcohol; so when we reached there were only empty bottles and 2 choices left to pick from. It'll be nice if the staff were able to top them up and allow all guests to have an equal choice of selection next time. Nevertheless, I really look forward to staying here again the next time i visit japan.

Bữa tối cảm thấy hơi khó chịu, huyện Saitama không hướng biển nên hải sản không ngon lắm, thậm chí còn có siêu siêu hấp dẫn, có lẽ tăng cường thịt !! Tôi thích trò chuyện nhưng tôi không trải nghiệm được lắm về dịch vụ của nhân viên ở đây, luôn cảm thấy nhiệt tình hơn với những du khách khách khác. Ví dụ, giới thiệu cho hai khách đến phòng với túi gói.... Đã có một ngày ở Sai Sa-sa, ở nước Tây Tạng! Tôi đã ở khách sạn Meishan vì tôi muốn đến vào tận hưởng suối nước nóng. Phòng mình ở là phòng tên ”Kikyo”, rất rộng rãi 々 . Tuy nhiên, điều điều đáng tiếc cho tôi là bồn tắm ngoài trời không phải là suối nước nóng mà là suối nước nóng bình thường. Chỉ có một bồn tắm công cộng lớn sử dụng nước suối nóng. Mình thấy đồ ăn hơi không hài lòng. Có lẽ do Saitama County là quận không có biển nên hợp khẩu vị hải sản không ngon, và ấn tượng mình là sống cám sống Konyaku ra và kiếm một chút tiền ...... Mong các món thịt sẽ nhiều hơn! Về dịch vụ của nhân viên thì hơi tiếc, mình thường thích Oshi và Buri, nhưng ở đây mình không cảm thấy nhiều sự phản ứng. Tôi cũng lo lắng về phản hồi của khách khác nhìn lịch sự hơn. Ví dụ có vẻ có vẻ hai khách mang hành lý lên phòng

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from Wako station and within walking distance of the airport bus pickup point for both Narita and Haneda airports. I booked a non-smoking single room. The room is compact but efficiently designed, as is typical of most Japanese hotels. Interestingly, it features a double bed along with a small extra bed suitable for a child. The hotel is clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and responsible, offering helpful recommendations during my stay. Complimentary amenities such as facial masks and pajamas are provided. Breakfast includes a satisfying Japanese-style selection: miso soup, eggs, salad, Japanese curry and coffee. The hotel offers excellent value for its price, and I would gladly stay here again with my family on a future visit.

Nhân viên khách sạn rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình, giải thích cặn kẽ mọi tiện nghi. Có rất nhiều tiện nghi tuyệt vời để sử dụng ❤️❤️❤️ Bồn tắm thoải mái và ghế massage thư giãn đặc biệt thú vị, khiến thời gian ở Tokyo của tôi thực sự đáng nhớ. Tuyệt vời hơn nữa, họ cho phép bạn tự nấu ăn, một điểm cộng thực sự.

Hotel is within 5 mins walk from Kawagoe Station. Very convenient to travel with luggage. Very easy to travel around the area as bus terminal is also nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice hotel especially they have a door to close to separate room from the walkway/toilets. TV option can see if the washing machines are available 👍

location was good, only 5 mins walk from Seibu Chichibu station. My room got a very nice hill view, quiet and tranquil. The room was clean, very spacious in Japanese standard. Staff were very polite and helpful. There was one gentleman staff helped me to find packing material to wrap my walking stick that I bought from the temple during my 34 Kennon pilgrimage; so that I could bring it back home with me. Many thanks! By the way, the breakfast was very good with big array of food.

Araki Kousen Ryokan was absolutely lovely and felt very welcoming for our family. This was our first stay at a ryokan in Japan, and while we were initially a little worried it might feel old or uncomfortable, it was actually very clean, cozy, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home, even helping us secure a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. The onsen was relaxing and the water temperature was just right. Breakfast was a highlight as well—delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a wonderful way to start the day together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return with our family again.
