My stay at Demiray Hotel was excellent! The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and welcoming. Overall, I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Demiray Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim . Nhìn chung, dịch vụ vượt quá mong đợi. Safak, nhân viên lễ tân, đã cho chúng tôi mượn thẻ xe buýt của anh ấy, rất tiện lợi. Kemal, nhân viên phục vụ phòng, đã cung cấp dịch vụ tuyệt vời và thậm chí còn hết sức sáng tạo các mẫu khăn tắm. Tin tại Club Lounge cũng rất niềm nở và chu đáo.

Расположен рядом с Стамбулом, до Стамбула можно доехать на разных автобусах я пользовался 336 тыми(.,А и М) автобусами. Атель сам по себе хорош, но что бы убрались в номерах надо попрасить, на таблички никто внимание не обращает.

It is an exclusive hotel where the staff is very courteous and tries to do everything for the Guests. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is okay but there are better ones! Last year the cappuccino wasn't tasty...hasn't changed, still doesn't taste good 😀 but there are plenty of other alternatives. Nevertheless, it is a very good hotel where the staff should be mentioned that they do everything to satisfy the hotel guests.

The staff's behavior is not good and I book room privileges room but they give me stander room I get tired to much to solve this issue

Great appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!
