Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! 酒店地理位置還是不錯的，周圍餐廳比較多。因為有些年頭了，所以房間內一些設施可以看出時間的痕跡。服務中規中矩吧，前台checkin和二樓户外餐廳的服務還不錯（圖二和圖三是户外餐廳，到的晚了就在酒店吃了，食物稱不上精緻但味道還不錯）。禮賓就比較一般了，眼神奇怪、態度傲慢。比較過分的是自助早餐廳的服務員，房費是包含早餐的，但是客人仍舊需要簽一張賬單。我們給了50peso的小費，但是沒想到服務員擅自在50前面加了個1，變成了150。照片中可以看出50前面的那個1比較突兀，字跡和顏色都與50不同。（也是我們自己不好，衹寫了小費，圖省事沒有寫總金額，因為本意沒想給小費，服務員衹是拿咖啡壺過來兜了一圈問需不需要咖啡，除此之外沒有提供過其他服務）。在小費文化中待了這麼多年，還是第一次遇到這樣的事情。

AMAZING HOTEL - such a good caring friendly polite staff; very safe , good security , but hotel itself is historical building with such a big history and they have FREE tours to get to know hotel. Is has special rooms , bar - all is form 100 years ago, with such a soul and character . We enjoyed a lot out stay. Breakfast is good , have everything you need , recommend to take with breakfast. Location is also great, 5 minutes to tour buses, Angel square , many coffee shops and restaurants. RECOMMEDED !! Rooms are also fine , clean , have windows . We would definitely stay there again

Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again. Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now

Потрясающие воспоминания о проживании в отеле - лучшее расположение, персонал, завтраки с свежайшими фруктами и мясом, чистота, ванная в номере, вкусный кофе в номере, уборка, халаты, очень хорошая шумоизоляция в номере, хорошее постельное белье, прекрасный вид из номера 2101. У меня нет никаких нареканий, а только благодарность сотрудникам отеля за чудесное пребывание! В следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле.

I booked room, for my sister and me. It was spacious, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and amazing. I spent 10 days there, a week for a conference and 4 days to explore Mexico City. Loved it, highly recommend it, the place is in a very good location. A little thing about us, we are two Arab hijabi girls, so if you are a hijabi, don’t worry you won’t face racial discrimination against you.

Excellent hotel, cannot fully evaluate it cause I couldn’t stay as much as planned, because of a delayed flight, but for what I could see is beautiful and has a perfect location in regard to proximity to the airport. If you arrive at T2, just take the airport trainer to T1 and you’ll arrive through a flyover very easily :)
