Khách Sạn Có spa Tại Tỉnh Ōita, Nhật Bản

Yêu mọi thứ ở khách sạn này. Khách sạn có suối nước nóng nhìn ra thành phố. Phòng tập thể dục được bảo trì tốt. Nhân viên nói tiếng Anh tốt. Điểm trừ duy nhất của tôi là sự thiếu linh hoạt của hệ thống/nhân viên. Tôi đã đặt 2 phòng riêng biệt và khi nhận phòng, tôi đã báo với nhân viên để được sắp xếp cùng một phòng cho những đêm liên tiếp. Tuy nhiên, họ vẫn bắt chúng tôi trả phòng trước 11 giờ sáng và trả lại chìa khóa phòng, rồi lại bắt chúng tôi nhận phòng lúc 3 giờ chiều. Trong suốt thời gian đó, không ai dọn phòng cho chúng tôi, nên phòng vẫn giữ nguyên tình trạng như trước khi chúng tôi rời đi nhưng chúng tôi lại không thể vào phòng. Thành thật mà nói, điều đó thật bực bội.

Có dịch vụ đưa đón, khá tiện lợi, nhưng nếu bạn lỡ chuyến, việc tự đến khách sạn có thể khá khó khăn. Trong thời gian lưu trú này, khách sạn khá đông khách và thường mất khá nhiều thời gian để bắt thang máy lên tầng của chúng tôi. **Ăn uống:** Có thể đặt trước bữa sáng và bữa tối; thức ăn ngon và đa dạng. Quán bar có không gian dễ chịu với nhiều lựa chọn đồ uống, và vào buổi tối, sảnh chờ mở cửa phục vụ đồ uống có cồn và đồ ăn nhẹ - một cách tuyệt vời để thư giãn sau một ngày tham quan. **Vị trí:** Khách sạn nằm đối diện vịnh Beppu, nhưng cảm giác biển cả lại khá hạn chế - có rất ít khu vực đi bộ gần đó, và do côn trùng nên khó có thể tận hưởng không khí trong lành. **Tổng quan:** Một lựa chọn tốt cho kỳ nghỉ yên tĩnh, kiểu suối nước nóng với đồ ăn ngon và nhân viên lịch sự, nhưng khi khách sạn đông khách, sự thiếu thốn tiện nghi và phòng ốc lỗi thời trở nên dễ nhận thấy hơn. Với một số cải tiến hiện đại hóa và cơ sở hạ tầng tốt hơn, đây có thể là một khu nghỉ dưỡng tuyệt vời.

good value for money! would definitely stay again location: it's relatively further from the station , around a 8-10min walk. there is a 7-11 just around the corner room: my room came without a bathroom but for the ladies are 3 cubicles shared among the 7 mix gendered guests on the floor. i did not have to wait in line at all. there was more than enough space in the room to open my suitcase wide and still feel comfortable. bed and pillow was a bit hard though, and you can hear anyone talking loudly downstairs outside the building as the room is on 2nd floor, tho that doesnt happen very often. food: amazing balanced breakfast that changes everyday - really delicious! onsen: the one on 2F was smaller than 1F, but very good and comfortable. clean too. you can book a private onsen room for 500yen (50mins) staff: all of them were super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. there are english-proficient staff available 24H as well :)

Hotel surroundings and cleanliness was top notch. Dinner and breakfast set were amazingly tasteful and filling. Food served was fresh and served based on our eating pace. All the staff are all well versed with English and friendly with our request. The onsen itself was great but the entrance to the men and ladies onsen was just next to each other. Ladies privacy could be easily violated as the main door was the see-through type. We were not feeling quite comfortable with the entrance layout.

Is a good experience, I liked the Japanese style of it, the location is good, away from the Main Street for around 5mins walking distance. There is a local supermarket near by. staffs can’t speak other languages but Japanese we used Google translate which worked well. I stayed 2 nights, breakfast and dinner were very good too.

The staff is friendly and speaks English well; the place is quiet and cozy, and the location is perfect. It’s almost a distance to Beppu tourist attractions, especially the Beppu tower and Beppu JR stations. The hostel is also located near the port area, where you can relax and take a break. The hostel also has a cafe, a spacious kitchen, and an artificial hot spring. Although some amenities are not included, you have to purchase them at the front desk, the accommodation cost is relatively cheap, so that’s okay. It's a good thing I have my own towels and other amenities. I will definitely be back here when I return.
