Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

The single room is a bit small. I'd suggest getting a double room even if you're by yourself. My ground floor room wasn't very quiet, and the safe didn't work. But the service was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic with tons of options. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown.

Chúng tôi không nói rằng chúng tôi phải phòng ba người, chúng tôi là 2 người Ít nhất sẽ xảy ra cho chúng tôi vào giờ đêm . Cô ấy dùng 1 tiếng chậm chạy để xử lý vụ án . Và nói chúng tôi có 2 phòng đơn cho chúng tôi nhưng cần thêm phòng EURO20/per có nghĩa là tổng thêm 40 EUR . Vào thời điểm đó chúng tôi chỉ chấp nhận vì vào đêm 10h tối Chúng tôi chưa bao giờ thấy kỹ năng không chuyên nghiệp này trên bất kỳ khách sạn sao nào . Chúng tôi hài lòng về quản lý của họ . Họ muốn hiểu những gì đã xảy ra với nhân viên của họ . Quản lý sẽ nghe và biết những lỗi lầm về nhân viên của họ là gì . Cảm ơn các anh chị quản lý của họ.

Struttura fronte mare camera essenziale buono il materasso con un bel topper molto pulita la stanza e devo dire anche la colazione non è male. Piccola pecca la silenziosità delle camere, non sono insonorizzate e un gruppetto di ragazzini è rientrato alle 3:30 facendo un bel chiasso in corridoio e una volta nelle stanze si sentiva il loro parlare.

Hotel is fairly new. 10 minutes walking to old town where are all the historical sites and restaurant located. The restaurant next door offer very good food, if you do not want to walk to old town. You can choose your pillow which is pretty good. Bed is firm. The on5 complain I have is there is no electric pot for boiling water. The water from the coffee maker smell coffee, so not a good replacement.

We had a comfortable time at this hotel. Located just down the road from the station about a 2-3minute walk away, it was very convenient to get to coming into Parma by train. The area surrounding the hotel however felt just a little bit questionable at times, but then again the historic town centre is but a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill you up to start the day, and service there was quite attentive. We didn’t get to try the other facilities, though, since we thought the pool would be closed considering it was winter. Overall, we had a nice stay at Novotel, and would definitely stay again.

Everyone would agree that they don't want to let others know where they like very much. This hotel provides pleasure and comfort, as evidenced by the friendly expressions on the staff. The spacious room and large bathtub are enough to relieve fatigue throughout the day, and I like the restaurant food. The proximity to the train station gives good transportation access. You may think the facility is a little old, but there is no inconvenience at all. Above all, I liked the bed. One thing is regrettable that there were no free drinks in the room.

We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which is quite exceeding our expectations. Food quality is good and price reasonable.
