Breakfast: Amazing food, view from breakfast was the highlight
Room: Stayed for several nights, had sparkling water free bottle for first day, but water was not provided for the remaining days. I ended up boiling water with the coffee machine and had water with coffee taste for those days, because there were no kettles. If you like coffee, this would perfect though. Overall, would still highly recommend the hotel despite the ”coffee water”.
Noise: Very quiet and peaceful. I noted some comments said it was loud, but I couldn't hear any train sound. Great for business trip.

Me and my husband are satisfied with the stay at Seminaris Hotel. The room was a good size, wide beds and modern decor. Bathroom was very clean, but bits of mould were sticking out through the grout in the shower. Also there were coffee stains on the floor in the less accessible bits of the room. For example there was a floor lamp that wasn’t moved for a while and the floor was not wiped there… but in general a pleasant experience.
A fair choice of foods at breakfast and lot of space to sit down and relax.

Wir waren sicherlich schon 10-12 mal in dem Hotel mit Thermenanschluss und wollten nach dem Betreiberwechsel wieder mal einen Besuch tätigen. Tatsächlich ist nicht vieles anders geworden, renoviert wurde der Frühstücks-Buffet-Bereich und die Lobby. Anscheinend wurden auch alle älteren Zimmer renoviert. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer im Hauptgebäude und auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Checkout ist jetzt 12 Uhr, solange darf man das Bad noch kostenfrei nutzen.
Uns hats gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

If there is a Steigenberger hotel in the city I am visiting, it's my hotel of choice. Super clean, organized, well maintained, and has everything I need and more. The quality standard is there,always. Here in Stuttgart, was perfect,as usual

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary.
Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable.
Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price.
On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials.
Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

The whole hotel looks old, and the bathroom door in the room can't be closed. The air conditioning has problems—it's constantly cold, and there is no heating. However, the front desk staff and restaurant service personnel are relatively friendly. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. However, compared to four-star hotels in Taiwan, the facilities here seem outdated. Taiwan’s hotels are newer and cleaner, and the food selection is also more abundant.

It locates near the metro but its a bit disappointed that you would have to carry your big suitcase on your own before entering the hotel via stairs. :) The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is enough good for me.

Schöne Zimmer, Sauber, sehr gute Lage - Aber was gar nicht geht, ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen, bei dem man weiß das die Heizung nicht geht. Haben die Rezeption kurz nach dem Ankommen darauf angesprochen, es hieß es schaut sich ein Techniker an, am Abend ging die Heizung immer noch nicht, der Nachportier sagte man könne jetzt nichts mehr machen und am nächsten Tag sagte uns die Dame an der Rezeption das man dieses Gas erst erneuern müsste, und das sei bekannt ... Warum gibt man dann dieses Zimmer raus?
Kulanz oder Nachlässe gleich null - Schade, aber diese Kette ist für uns gestorben!
Also im Sommer kann man es empfehlen .... :-)

Es scheint, dass die Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und Frühstücksservice nicht funktioniert. Man wollte 2 Mal das Frühstück kassieren. Ausserdem war das Angebot für 25 Euro pro Person sehr dürftig.
Wenn man zwischendurch gegen Nachmittag nur einen Kaffee wollte, war es kompliziert. Ging nur in Kombination mit Brötchen etc und war zu teuer. Automat für Minisnacks vorhanden, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt ebenfalls nicht.
Dusche hatte Schimmelflecken.
Schade, hatte mehr Comfort erwartet.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn Danh酒店挨着動物園和火車站，位置很方便。很有年代感的酒店，房間有暖氣，冬天很舒服。因為舉架比較高，房間也顯得寬敞。跟很多歐洲酒店比起來，房間面積算大了。酒店有停車場，一晚上18歐元，對自駕來説比較方便。

TTài khoản kháchGreat hotel, great location. Asked for tea bags and was told they have no tea bags minor issue). I told reception that we were checking out at midday. I got back to the room at 10.30 to find our bedroom door wide open with all our possessions inside, my wallet and passport sitting on the side and the cleaner in the bathroom. Not acceptable. Anyone could have taken my wallet and passport or our bags and other personal possession’s.
I thought it was strange that they have no “do not disturb” signs in the room. This really put a downer on what would otherwise of been a really nice overnight stay.
Also - the booking confirmation stated we had a twin room with 2 small double beds. When we got to the room they were singles touching each other. When I questioned this at reception they said they don’t have small doubles. So I asked why they advertised small doubles and they had no idea.
