Unfortunately, the overall stay was not great. When we booked the hotel, we specifically requested a non-smoking room, which is essential for us because of health issues. After double confirming with the hotel that they have non-smoking rooms (based on the website, all rooms are non smoking), we paid for our booking. However, shortly after, they informed us that smoking in hotel rooms is common and unavoidable in Taiyuan. We felt deceived into making the payment and realized we were stuck with this accommodation for our 7-day stay. Upon checking in, we had to request a room change due to a strong smoke smell in the original room. The second room was better and the hotel staff was nice enough to provide an air purifier. Throughout our entire stay, people were smoking in the elevator, lobby, and even at the dinner table. If we had known this beforehand, we would have reconsidered staying here. For a 5-star hotel, it did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we paid far too much for this experience. The only highlight of our stay was the hotel staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and did their very best to serve the guests, which made our trip a bit more enjoyable. We thank them for their excellent service.

The hotel was well located. The room exactly like it was described online. We reserved two rooms without windows for one day it was cost efficient! Unfortunately I could not reserve directly 4 breakfast online only two (one per room), we have to pay directly at breakfast for the two others one. We stop at Datong to visited one of UNESCO site and see the all Datong city. We thought more foreigners will visit this beautiful small city. No one speaks English (and that’s ok) but for a 4 stars hotel the front desk lady looks a bit lost with the check in procedure for foreigners (and I work in a 5 stars hotel in beijing so I know the procedure as a French working in China). Also, the isolation is bad, the front desk already inform us upon check in but we did not thought we will heard even the other room bathrooms flush. Thank you for this night your hotel is beautiful

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is older but in excellent condition with very comfortable quiet rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast was excellent with extensive Chinese and western options and even espresso coffee made to order. There was a bit of smoke smell in the corridor at times but none in the rooms and everything was very clean. Hotel was well located in the old town and close to the impressive nine dragon screen. We’d happily stay again

Chỗ nghỉ tôi đặt cho chuyến công tác ở Thái Nguyên nằm ở khu vực trung tâm thành phố, cách tàu điện ngầm chỉ vài phút, đi taxi hoặc xe buýt rất thuận tiện. Bên kia đường là Trung tâm mua sắm Bắc Mỹ, tầng dưới có vài nhà hàng nhỏ và cửa hàng tiện lợi, nhìn chung sống ở đây thực sự rất thuận tiện. Phòng bố trí ổn, thông thoáng nhưng lễ tân lại cho mình phòng ở tầng 2 hướng ra đường, thời tiết ở Thái Nguyên buổi sáng và buổi tối rất mát mẻ, nhưng vì ngoài đường có xe cộ qua lại nên mình có thể chỉ đóng cửa sổ và bật điều hòa. May mắn thay, cửa sổ có tác dụng cách âm tốt, không ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ. Phòng rất sạch sẽ, rất tốt. Trà và đồ vệ sinh cá nhân trong phòng rất hữu ích. Có phòng giặt đồ riêng, rất thích hợp cho người đi công tác. Nếu có thể ăn sáng đầy đủ và ra ngoài làm việc vặt , bạn không cần phải lãng phí thời gian tìm địa điểm ăn uống. Tôi đã có thể tạm gác lại lịch trình bận rộn của mình và uống một tách cà phê gần đó ở tầng dưới. Những người đẹp ra vào quầy lễ tân hàng ngày đều lịch sự và chào hỏi, điều đó đáng được khen ngợi. Nhìn chung, đó là một kỳ nghỉ tốt sau 2 ngày. Với chi phí hoàn trả cho chuyến công tác hạn chế, tôi rất hài lòng khi được nghỉ tại một khách sạn tiết kiệm chi phí như vậy.

這次入住體驗特別滿意！位置絕佳，就在萬象城和科技館附近，逛街購物出行都超方便。房間乾淨整潔，一進門就很舒服，落地窗視野開闊，採光特別好，整個房間明亮通透。衞生間乾濕分離，使用起來很方便，還配有洗衣機和冰箱，居家感十足。停車也很便利，小凱和小苗服務態度特別好，熱情周到又貼心，全程讓人感覺很温暖，性價比超高，強烈推薦！
