It was really an amazing experience the food the front desk staff was really good it was an amazing experience for me and my family my child enjoy the play area for kids. He also loved the robot that brings you your delivery to the door of your room. The food at the morning breakfast was really amazing so many varieties the stuff also give you some options to satisfy your needs. It was really an amazing experience. I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of extras. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the spa, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, was closed during my visit. The lobby coffee shop was also not open when we enquired about it, which meant we had to go elsewhere for coffee and a massage. Overall, it was a lovely hotel, but I would have appreciated being informed in advance that some of the advertised amenities were unavailable.

We loved our stay at Westin Yichang. A new hotel opened in 2025. It is located at the riverside with stunning river view. A bit away from the city centre but we used didi to travel around with no problem. We absolutely love where we stay. During the day we were on tour bus or away for sightseeing, in the evening we would take the kids for a swim at the indoor swimming pool. The pool is super clean and warm and its huge. You would need to wear head cover which they sell around 3 yuan. After swimming, we would catch didi to a restaurant. Didi ride is super cheap too. The room is huge (we booked 2 beds - 2 adults and 2 kids). Beds are comfortable. The pillows might be a tad too fluffy for my liking - but thats just personal preference. Daily housekeeping and amenities replacements which we appreciated. Services are amazing - everyone is very friendly and kind. They dont speak much English but they tried real hard to help. Should not have any problem communicating if you download the translator apps (we did not 😅) We loved everything about Westin Yichang - but the real star is the swimming pool for the kids to swim around in the evening. The downside: The dining options are a let down. It took too long to wait for the food (we were the only guests that night). And the food did not impress us. Overall: love Westin Yichang and would stay there again next time.

OOoiksWill I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

TTài khoản kháchThis hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

QQaroMy stay at the Vienna International Hotel was excellent! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city near Wuyi Square and just steps away from the busy pedestrian street. It was so convenient to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the room was spacious. Being so close to the subway station made it incredibly easy to get to all the attractions like Orange Island and the train station. If you want to be in the center of everything in Changsha, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

EEpibatidineVery old hotel. Everything looks very worn, mould observable everywhere in the room. Cracked tiles and wallpaper that is coming off. What was worse is the service - I asked for advice how to book tickets to Hubei Provincial Museum as I’m a foreigner and had issues with my WeChat account. The concierge checked and told me there is nothing he can do about it. What amazed me is that as he was talking to me, he wasn’t even looking at me at all. In another incident, I informed hotel the day before that I need to check out at 630 am to catch an early train. Concierge assured me that a packed breakfast will be ready for me for pick up when I check out. However, when I checked out on the actual day, breakfast is not ready and I had to wait for 10 min for it to be done. I had imagined that Hilton would try to mitigate the older facilities (which I understand that you can’t do much about) with more customer centric service (which makes customer feel more welcomed. Unfortunately I was wrong. Overall a very disappointing stay.
