Tôi vừa ở khách sạn này xong, và tỷ lệ giá cả/chất lượng thực sự tuyệt vời! Tôi phải dành lời khen ngợi hết lời! Trước hết, vị trí vô cùng thuận tiện. Phố cổ Shichangzhe chỉ cách đó một đoạn đi bộ ngắn, và có rất nhiều nhà hàng và cửa hàng tiện lợi gần đó, vì vậy bạn sẽ không phải lo lắng về đồ ăn, thức uống hoặc phương tiện đi lại. Thứ hai, dịch vụ rất tuyệt vời. Từ nụ cười chào đón khi nhận phòng đến sự hướng dẫn tận tình của nhân viên, mọi thứ đều rất chu đáo. Phòng, tuy không lớn, nhưng rất sạch sẽ, nước nóng và áp lực nước rất tốt, và nệm có độ cứng vừa phải, mang lại một kỳ nghỉ rất thoải mái. Quan trọng nhất, giá cả vô cùng phải chăng! Với vị trí và chất lượng dịch vụ như vậy, rất hiếm khi tìm được mức giá tốt như thế. Đối với những người có ngân sách hạn chế nhưng vẫn muốn có một kỳ nghỉ thoải mái, đây là một lựa chọn tuyệt vời. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ cân nhắc ở lại đây lần nữa nếu có dịp đến khu vực này và sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè của mình!

A bit overcrowded during August (queue up for check-in) and difficult to find a spot for breakfast from 8-8:30am... Tianma Pier is also busy and loud (until 10pm). Great pool and breakfast.

My kids and I spent a week in Qingdao and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It turned out to be a lovely getaway. The room was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and offered a stunning ocean view—plus, we were treated to fireworks every evening right from our window, which was a magical touch. Breakfast was available every morning with a good range of options; we appreciated the variety. Room service was a hit with the kids—they couldn’t get enough of the spaghetti bolognaise and popcorn chicken! I personally enjoyed the club sandwich and the beef noodles. We devoted an entire day to the water park, where the kids had an absolute blast. Although some parts of it could use renovation, it didn’t dampen our fun. One of our favorite activities was cruising around the resort on four-wheel e-bikes—it felt like a private adventure since much of the area was quiet and fairly abandoned, but that added a special charm. The beach is also just across the road, so you can go play in the sand at any time, there are also some men who offer horse and jet ski rides right on the beach. The beach also isn’t too crowded. The only drawback was the resort’s location. It’s quite far from most of Qingdao’s main attractions, so every excursion required at least an hour-long Didi ride. Still, the experience was well worth it, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We’d absolutely return again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect—having the May 4th Square Metro station right outside the front door made getting around so easy. It’s also great value for the price. Everyone on the staff was so kind, but a special shoutout goes to the housekeeping team. They were so attentive and even left us a sweet little note in our room, which was such a lovely touch! We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Qingdao.

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

Great hotel with an excellent location and delicious breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Alina at the front desk, who provided outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Cơ sở vật chất của Crowne Plaza Qingdao Yizhong tuy hơi cũ nhưng lại có vị trí rất tốt và các phòng đều có tầm nhìn ra biển! Bữa sáng và bữa tối của khách sạn cũng rất chân thành. Điều đáng khen là dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng rất kiên nhẫn, đặc biệt là Fanny Lulu, người giải quyết kịp thời các vấn đề gặp phải khi nhận phòng!

Căn hộ này thật tuyệt vời, rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, có tầm nhìn đẹp nhất, tất cả các thiết bị đều là của Miele nên chất lượng rất tuyệt. Có lẽ một gợi ý nhỏ là nên trải một tấm chăn lên ghế sofa để tạo cảm giác thực sự ấm cúng.
