Established by the Hong Kong Government in 1984, it is dedicated to the cultivation of talent in performing arts. It is the only academy specializing in the cultivation of talent in performing arts in Hong Kong. The College Building is located in Wanchai, Hong Kong Island, adjacent to the Wanchai Art Center.
