Tasson Temple, also known as General Dasson Temple, belongs to Buddhist temples. It was built by Sayaba Maha VII in memory of his father at the end of the 12th century. One theory is that it was built in memory of a brave general of the Angkor Dynasty in its heyday, General Tasson. The temple is surrounded by Kapok trees, and the West Gate can see giant trees wrapping the entire porch. The architectural form of the temple is Barong style. There are also four-sided towers in the temple, while the four-sided towers in the east gate are covered by big trees. This is also one of the scenic spots of Tomb Raider, which is worth visiting. General Dasong Temple is a single-story monument surrounded by three walls. There are entrances on both sides of the East and west. Each entrance has four faces. The face on the right side of the East Tower (facing the temple) is beautifully smiled. The entrance stone pagoda is cross-shaped, with a small room on each side connected to the laterite wall. Pass through the first entrance stone pagoda and walk straight along the corridor on the moat, which is guarded by giant snakes and Jielu Tea. The wall of the second courtyard is built of laterite, and there is a sandstone cross tower at the entrance to the East and west. There are windows on the entrance stone tower, with shallow reliefs carved on the outside of the windows and archs with stone pillars inside. The next courtyard consists of a red earth and sandstone corridor with a corner pavilion with a fake door on it. In the rubble of the courtyard, there are two Tibetan Classic Pavilions, which are built facing the west. The main tower is in the shape of a cross with four arches. Only by climbing into the northern clearing can we clearly see the central sanctuary, courtyard and the Tibetan Sutra Pavilion.
