The Spanish Square in Madrid is a small one. It was built in 1930 to commemorate Cervantes. In the center of the Square, there is a statue of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza in front of the statue of Cervantes. Many tourists come here more to take a picture with the statue of Don Quixote in the middle of the square. The outskirts of the Spanish Square are now enclosed and turned into a small market where stalls are basically selling special souvenirs. A circle around the periphery is almost impossible to find the statue of Don Quixote on the signboard of the Spanish Square. If you want to find the statue of Don Quixote, you must go through the market, and there is an entrance to the center.
