The cafes and bars on the cliffs of the old city are crowded with rainbow-like Italian houses behind them and the azure Adriatic Sea in front of them. It's also a wonderful experience to sit here and have a leisurely drink. There are innumerable paths in the ancient city. There are totally different worries about losing their way. There is only one end point to go up. The Euphemia Church basically converges on the square downwards. In fact, there were seven gates and walls around them in ancient times. But with the passage of time, there are only three gates left, and the most famous one is the Balbi gate, out of which is a big square.

The ancient city itself does not feel amazing. I think it's similar to the old cities I visited in Spain before. So I recommend you to come here, because there are no tourists in the dark, and very few Asian faces. After visiting the church under the Bell Tower, it took 20 Kuna to climb the tower. One by one, the wooden steps are narrow and steep, and the gap is very large.
