Enjoy the pagoda on the left side of the statue. The bronze statue is surrounded by railings, with green plants behind it and potted plants full of flowers in front of it. Outside the temple is the sea. You can see the sea.

This Pure Land Temple is a replica of an authentic Japanese Buddhist temple. The temple has a tall pagoda and a huge bronze Buddha statue, which is also one of the largest Buddha statues outside Asia. It is 3.7 meters high and weighs about 3.5 tons. It was laid here in 1968 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the arrival of Japanese immigrants in Hawaii. The monastery is free.

There are Buddhist pagodas. You can enjoy the pagoda on the left side of the statue. The pagoda consists of three layers, with red and white exterior, typical Japanese style. On the opposite side of the bronze statue is a one-story Buddhist hall called Chaoyin Mountain. It's very Japanese style, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Japanese immigration here.

Copper statues here are rare and very Japanese. The bronze statue is placed on the high pedestal of the courtyard, surrounded by railings. The green plants behind the bronze statue are dense, while the potted plants full of flowers are worshipped in front. Outside the temple is the sea. You can see the sea.
