The Park was built to provide shelter for battered or retired elephants. There are no cycling or performances at all. Visitors can get close contact with elephants by feeding and bathing. Tourist guides in the park will explain elephants'habits in detail. To go to Elephant Nature Park, you can choose short-term tours or volunteer services. Short-term tours include one day and two days and one night; volunteers provide seven days of volunteer service for the Elephant Camp. Whether it's a tourist or a volunteer, they have to pay a certain fee. One-day visitors are 2500B per person, children are halved, and volunteers (7 days) are 1500B. The price is slightly higher than that of ordinary elephant camps, but the purpose of the money is clear: one part is to buy food for elephants (elephants really can eat), the other part is to rescue battered elephants or abandoned elephants after retirement. Elephant camps themselves are not profitable.
