成都u37创意仓库位子成都市锦江区水碾河南三街37号。U37创意仓库文化产业园原为成都市医药集团仓库、厂房，园区内共有各时期建设的仓库建10栋，占地面积约20亩，建筑面积约2.5万平方米。秉持“打造具有创新能力和竞争优势的创意产业集聚区”理念，自2012年5月改造竣工至今，U37创意仓库现己形成集文化、创意产业、广告设计、摄影、互联网科技、艺术品、创新科技展示、健康体育等功能于一体，融合商务、闲、饮食、旅游等多元商业组合的创意产业集聚园区。园区共完成招商面积2：5万平方米，自招商开始12个月内商家入驻己经达到100%。U37文化创意仓库所有企业及商家每年营业总产值可达到5亿 元左右，商家70家,需求进驻商家500家，是目前成都文化界争抢入驻的圣地。目前己有“到成都可以不到宽窄巷子，但一定要到U37”的社会微信评价，充分说明U37创意仓库在成都文化创意产业的知名度和社会各界的认可，是成都市锦江区的文化产创意产业园区的一张名牌。

U37创意仓库之前是成都医药集团的仓库和厂房，后来被改为文化产业园，园内大部分都是保存完好的60,70,80年代建筑。虽然U37知名度远不如东郊记忆，藏在市井的深处的它，依然是老成都的记忆所在地。在成都人民心中保留着不少的地位。
