The S-shaped Brisbane River zigzags through the city centre like a verdant jade belt, bringing infinite life to a slightly silent Brisbane. It divides the whole city into two parts, modern and elegant: one side is the high-rise buildings, there are modern three-dimensional intersection highway bridges; the other side is the South Bank Park, the old site of the World Expo. Brisbane is also known as the city of rivers because of the beautiful scenery brought to the city by the overflowing rivers. The beautiful river makes the city more vivid and colorful.
