Accidentally booked this hotel during the Days of the Dead event that was going on at the hotel that weekend. So when I arrived I was surprised by many of the attendees, but some absolutely interest costumes and people were there. Even saw Alice Cooper and several stars of the current hit movie Terrifier hanging out in the lobbies and at the restaurant. This hotel is located across the street from the convention center and also the Rosemont Theater and close to O'Hare. That was my biggest problem, so many loud planes flying over (very closely) all through the night. My room was on the side next to the Rosemont Theater and their very bright sign was a little annoying, especially since the blinds don't close all the way to block off the light or help with sound reduction. As with most busy hotels, the unfortunate noises from other guests slamming doors or taking a shower is something I might expect at a lower name brand hotel - unfortunately these problems are present at this location too. My room purchase came with free breakfast buffet at the restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic. A wide variety of fresh fruits and standard breakfast foods, all laid out nicely and neat. I would hit this place up for breakfast anytime I am in that neighborhood. Staff was friendly, took the hotel shuttle back to O'Hare. Has a decent size indoor pool and a couple of workout rooms, which I didn't use. Also had a Caddyshack themed bar and restaurant, food was also decent there.

房間寬敞大氣大約有50/60平米，衞生間也很大約有10平米，我的房間25樓還帶有廚房，晚上窗外景很美，很驚喜。 16樓的Terrace 16 餐廳的露台可以看到芝加哥河最美的景色，午餐下午茶可以在露台用。 前台checked in 的服務員很好，告訴我14M有Trump Spa, 可以去享用。 我後來check out 那天上午，朋友幫我預約了一個City Architecture Tour, 要12點半結束，我説是否可以延到下午1點check out, 前台洋人美**意我2點check out. 總之前台餐廳服務員服務都很好，自己作為客人是被尊重的，沒有覺得被歧視。 酒店的設施氛圍都很好，令人很舒服。一次很愉快的入住。

Location is great. Less than 10 minutes by car from airport. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The biggest beef I have with the service is that the reception said due to overbooking by the hotel my room type (2 queen beds) was not available anymore. I paid extra for this room type and I ended up having to take a king bed and sofa bed. I had to sleep on the sofa which was not as comfortable. I demand that the hotel refund me a part of my booking for this hotel.

Hotel shows it’s age. Understaffed to handle a large conference that impacted operations for the property. If laying over or in for business, look elsewhere. More peace, quiet, service and cleanliness to be found at a better value.

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the top few in the last 5 years. Hotel is beautiful, a nice bar, room big with a perfect floor plan and a view. I will go out of my way to stay there whenever I’m in the area. I’m a Hyatt fan again (Hilton cancelled a room on me after booking, so they’re dead to me.)

Có xe buýt n*** trước cửa nhưng tôi chưa bắt. Nếu bạn sử dụng phương tiện giao thông công cộng ở Chicago, bạn nên mua vé hàng ngày với giá 5🔪. Bạn có thể sử dụng tàu điện ngầm, đường sắt và xe buýt 24 giờ một ngày.

The location was great and I really liked the free transportation ( you should boocked it earlier by contacting the front desk)— super convenient! Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options. The pancakes were already gone even though the buffet had just started about 30 minutes earlier. Also, both coffee machines at the reception weren’t working — one was broken and the other kept showing an error. When they tried to fix it, they had to turn it off completely, so unfortunately, no coffee in the morning.

Hôtel très confortable, la chambre était spacieuse, les fitness room ouvertes 24 sur 24 au top. Dommage que la piscine était en maintenance, ils pourraient le signaler lors de la réservation… le restaurant est bien, le petit déjeuner bien complet😀

Stayed here for our trip to Medieval times. It was near the venue. Staff were friendly and gave cookies for each room. I was disappointed that they didn't have the room I requested available and so had to stay in a different type of room.
