Weather in Haikou was a little gloomy, but Erin went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. She was readily available on WeChat to answer my queries and gave me good recommendations on how to best spend my time in Haikou. Overall the hotel was also comfortable, and I love that there is an indoor kids playground which my daughter had so much fun in, and also that it’s close to the beach! The buffet breakfast every morning also served up a good spread, but their international dinner buffet was the best!

Tôi đến vào lúc 3 giờ sáng và không biết làm thế nào để đến khách sạn. Như thường lệ, việc liên lạc với xe đưa đón chỉ được thực hiện qua điện thoại, điều này khá bất tiện đối với công dân nước ngoài. May mắn thay, tôi đã bắt kịp những người khác cùng hướng. Nhân viên lễ tân có thể thân thiện hơn nhưng tôi hiểu đó là giờ giấc không thuận tiện. Tôi không biết cách nhận phiếu đặt phòng khách sạn và không được ai hỗ trợ. Phòng khách sạn thì tuyệt vời. Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

住在海口外灘這邊，時間緊任務重，City完海口馬上出發萬寧啦，我們騎樓老街 → 萬綠園 → 自在灣 → 原路返回萬綠園 → 萬綠園海岸邊 → 世紀公園（雲洞圖書館），都在酒店附近，超級方便，出行可以選擇打車或者步行，都在可接受的距離，1公里左右~超級贊，暖冬出行，真的太舒服了。管家服務好，公寓的設施比較齊全，不是隔間，是整套房，體驗很好。等返回海口再住一晚就回天寒地凍的老家啦。

I would rate it 20 out of 20, if I could. Really amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff. And they all speak english, what is not common in Sanya. The private hotel beach is beautiful, clean with many sunbeds for hotel guests. And you CAN swim in the sea, because before coming here I found some information that you can’t. And the water is clear and warm. So it is in the swimming pool. We’ve also stayed at another hotel at Yalong Bay and it was a complete dissapointment. But fortunately we’ve moved here afterwards, so we’ll have great memories from Sanya. In my opinion you can skip all the rest od the island, just come to Hyatt and you’ll have a memorable stay full of joy!

There is an awesome park nearby with a small via ferrata at the top and a super beautiful waterfall mid way up the mountain (I bathed there). Really highly recommend that hike. There is nothing else around the hotel so it is good for 2 nights

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

AAizaad RasidOur family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

MMaxenceLKhách sạn tốt nhất trong làng, tôi rất thích nó! Thiết kế đẹp, hồ bơi rất đẹp (hơi nông nhưng bạn vẫn có thể bơi), phòng rất dễ thương, ban công tuyệt vời có bồn tắm, rất sạch sẽ. Nhân viên thân thiện nhưng không có người nói tiếng Anh. Tốt hơn hết bạn nên biết một số tiếng Trung, vì căn phòng như một hệ thống thông minh để quản lý điều hòa/rèm/đèn mà bạn cần nói chuyện. Không có cách nào bật AC và mở rèm nếu bạn không nói được tiếng Trung Quốc haha. Điều đó thật thú vị! Ayi dọn dẹp vào trong khi tôi đang tắm và đòi dọn phòng, cô ấy rất tốt nhưng không dành cho những người quan tâm đến sự riêng tư của họ. Rời khỏi Trung Quốc trong 10 năm, điều đó không làm phiền tôi. Sẽ quay lại!!

SSmoking GunHotel location is near to Pedestrian Street and there are lots of restaurants around within walking distance. Amenities are nit to my expectation. The toilet light is dim and cannot see clearly at the mirror. Television set was not working in the room and had to change room. The next room offered has television set that cannot be switch on with the remote control, had to switch manually at the TV set.
