I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Cancún — I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for good value, cleanliness, and convenience.

alejandro, the host was great. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful in identifying where to eat and hear live music

The hotel is near to theme park, save time. Recommend to those who save to stay closer to the park and get there earlier.

Я приехал очень поздно в отель, около 2 ночи и меня без проблем заселила девушка на ресепшене. Отель находится в центре города и была слышна небольшая музыка. В номере было очень темно. Я не мог ничего разглядеть. Кровать и подушки удобные. На одну - две ночи можно остановится. На долгий период не советую.

This was a very comfortable stay! I was very silly and went to Mexico knowing I didn’t speak Spanish. But the people of Mexico are incredibly kind and helpful. The lady at the front desk used translate to help me understand. The people working here are very kind. The room is quite spacious and the WiFi is good. The location is pretty decent; 20 min walk to downtown Cancun and market places; coffee shops etc Not too bad. I would return with my partner The room itself was very good; a HUGE bed and maybe a sofa bed too? The bathroom was nice too! I like this hotel it was very good

Abba Suites is sweet! Great downtown location. Right in the middle of it all on 10 & 10...We stayed here a total of 10 nights on our month long family beach vacation. The rooms were great...very nice and newer...full kitchen minus the oven which you dont really need on a trip to Mexico...seperate bedroom from living area which was nice for mommy and daddy 😄🙌. The absolute best rooftop swimming pool view...were we could watch sunrise & sunset! The standout stars were Denise & Nevida! They are just great and made this stay extra special for us. Everytime we walked in the building they were so welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions we had. Honestly we could easily just talk and hang out with them. Nevida turns out to be very good at rubik cube solving and our 7 year old son took a liking to him right away and even with how busy he was he took the time to teach our son some super helpful tips and encouraged him to keep practicing the rubiks cube. Keep being Awesome you guys! See you again next time we are in Playa 😄👍

The hotel is close to the airport but you need to take the shuttle bus at Terminal 3, Bay 26. You need to message the hotel that you've arrived otherwise it could be a long wait. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool for relaxation. The room I had was of good size. The bathroom was clean with good hot water for the shower, albeit not of strong pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows, which is essential. Nice dining option at the restaurant with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I recommend this hotel if you wish to be in the vicinity of the airport.
